Very welcoming, with lots of activities. Plenty of space even when it was busy towards the end of the stay. The daytime program was great, with plenty of sports and fitness choices. The proximity to the beach was great and Cala Pada is a lovely little bay. Great for swimming or relaxing.

Food was good, particularly breakfast but some of the evening choices weren’t great. Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss. Could probably cut the program in half and get some live background music or a dj and the vibe would be better. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable!

The rooms were spacious and clean. Lovely large balcony.

Parts of the resort were a bit tired, and could do with a refresh. Bins, esp round the pool area were often left overflowing. I sense more staff were needed on cleaning up duties. The food at buffets was ok. I sense they could provide wider variety with the kids meals and ice cream variety. It was a bit repetitive.

Very well looked after properties all nestled around the gardens. Something for everyone. Food was excellent, swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. Couldn’t fault it at all.

Nothing at all regarding the property, the whole complex is excellent the only thing is there is nothing outside the complex, the next place is a 30 minute walk away to Santa Eulàlia which has a lot to offer.

It was a pleasant hotel with clean rooms and on a nice beach.

Although the resort was between two towns it was fairly isolated. It is a family resort but has not much children’s entertainment and frankly the food was poor. There were choices but food was never hot.

Lots of sporting activities for older children and lovely well maintained spacious grounds. Access to a lovely beach and restaurant / bars as well as the swimming pool was great too.

Scheduled opening times of different cafes and coffee house etc. It would be good to have a more flexible cafe / drinks point open longer more flexible hours. Great quality food.

Great quiet location, lovely amenities, very well kept grounds & staff were mostly very helpful & friendly (just the odd grumpy one - here’s looking at you old mate glass collector of a night at Wunderbar

The food. It’s terrible. Cold & poor choice, barely any snacks of a day & we ate out a lot as a group

First of all, the staff were lovely kind and very smiley 😊 The service was good. Fitness room also it was good.

You are far from the all activities in the city of Ibiza and you should have at least around a 30-minute drive to go to in city and other activities. On the last day, the water had some issues, and it was impossible to wash at all. It all felt so greasy, and it couldn’t even get rid of the shampoo from them, and you constantly felt your body was greasy.

Clean resort in great location with excellent facilities for whole family

No mugs or tea / coffee in rooms (but did have kettle), and need larger plastic cups at pool bar!

Great for kids. Pools and water slides great and the games room mini golf etc are good

The buffet dinners are great and have a huge variety but maybe are a little monotonous after a few days and the menu is overly cutting to the German tourists eg: lots of pork knuckle, other pork etc served

The gardens and vegetation on and around the property were beautifully maintained and added to a sense of space. The food was outstanding. Whilst there were a lot of activities you can either get involved or just chill, no pressure.
