Everything exceeded our expectations...The room was modern and bright with a very comfortable bed Breakfast was amazing...with far to many things to choose from Both Pools and sunbeds were excellent

There was no room in the car park for the first Two nights of our stay according to Peter on reception but on closer inspection there were loads of spaces

The hotel was very modern and nice. The deco in the lobby was lovely, very inviting.The room was modern,lovely, and clean. They provided a new beach towel as well every day. Sunbeds are very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and professional.

The pool and the service, food and drinks at the pool were fantastic. A really friendly team! The hotel is clean and a very cool, chilled place. We appreciate the chilled Ibiza vibe and that it wasn’t too big. The rooms are fine, clean, tidy and practical with nice balconies overlooking the pool. It’s an easy walk to Cala Nova or the quieter more kid friendly Cala Martina. Breakfast was good and overall we’d love to visit again. We arrived at the hotel a little earlier than expected and were able to use the pool etc before check in. Same for check out. We checked out and stored our bags there while going to the beach for the day, then back to the pool. They have some changing rooms/shower room for those arriving early/departing late. Highly recommend this hotel

Nothing, it really was great!

We were given a very unsuitable room at first however the hotel managed to sort this out the following day and we had the room that we were in last year.

breakfast …the hotel breakfast food isn't hot even at 8am opening however the restaurant staff are lovely and the fried eggs are made on request. If they could just sort out this small problem it would be perfect as there is lots of choice. All the other food/drinks are excellent quality

Breakfast buffet was great. Good quality and selection of food. The rooms were large and comfortable for 3 adults. The beds were very firm, this wasn’t the best but still slept okay. We used the pool only one day and it was nice but the cool pool needs a better cleaning.

A few of the staff were very arrogant but the ones that were nice really made up for it. The parking was challenging at times, not enough spots for the guests.

Everything was immaculate. All common areas and the room were spotless, and there was a fantastic smell throughout the hotel. The rooms were a great size and very clean. The breakfast offered an amazing spread. There was always plenty of room around the pool and pool towels were provided, but we did go out of season so not sure if this is always the case. Fantastic location, short walk to lots of restaurants, touristy shops and the beach. Staff were lovely.

So clean and comfortable. Lovely pool areas. All modern and relaxing.

Children in the back pool area. This could have been more relaxing and adults only. There is a children’s pool at the front of the hotel but many were very noisy in the other pool area.

Breakfast was generous and various, location was also fine. The hotel was nicely renovated and very clean, they have used some air freshener and it smelled very nice. The staff was mostly polite and helpful.

There were not enough shade around the pool. There were some parasol but the pools were only on the sun and it was a pity. More plants/trees would have made a nice difference. The water buying at the hotel was extremely expensive: 3,80 Eur for 600 ml. I found it ridiculous and annoying. Especially when in the supermarket they sell 1,5 l for 0,75 Eur. It felt like misusing the guests. The gym was open from 8 am but you could only start using the pool for swimming at 9:00. Couldn’t understand the logic, swimming is also a kind of sport, especially refreshing in the mornings.

It was very spacious and quiet but we did come in October so it’s a bit out of season. It’s family friendly but not filled with lots of kids things. Which we liked as our little one was only 12 weeks old so it was nice and calm for her.

The pool was very cold. Our baby did not like it even in the baby pool. Could do with being heated

The pool area is lovely and there were two to choose from. The hotel is very relaxed and the staff were nice. Breakfast was pretty good with a good choice. Coffee wasn’t the best as it as automatically sweetened. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Nice balcony.

Slightly odd whereby the bathroom was made up of a separate toilet, separate shower cubicle and sink in the room. However although I had not seen this layout before, it kind of worked. I can’t think of much I didn’t like, it’s a lovely hotel
