This was my third visit, perfect location, clean, adults only

I had booked a junior suite off Booking.com on the understanding that I would have a separate bedroom and a double balcony, as I took my son (26) and his girlfriend (25). We did stay in the room advertised on Booking.com, we had one large room, with a large double bed and a single bed, one balcony, no free standing bath which was advertised. I did mention to the lady on reception to be told, there are a number of different junior suites. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked that room as it was awkward getting showered etc.

Lovely welcome on arrival , very clean and the pools are great . Large selection of food at mealtimes , with some variety. Great location - can eat outside and look out to sea

The drinks at dinner time - the inclusive deal was a help yourself wine and beer plus soft drinks and unfortunately if you are a rose wine person, it was not very nice . Felt the wine could have been a little better for the price . Also there is no parking included at the hotel therefore you have to use the carpark at the back behind the swimming pools which cost 20 euros a day. The free parking was impossible to ever get into as it is obviously used by people in the area.

I loved everything about my stay. I did t want to leave😅. It was our first time in Ibiza and we were hoping to get a good place to stay and experience Ibiza. We chose AluaSoul after looking through other hotels and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel met all our expectations. We arrived late at 9pm. We met a lovely lady at the reception who told us to leave our bags securely in the store by the reception and go have dinner. We were hungry and tired so that meal was really helpful. We got our keys and went in our room and it was the most gorgeous view ever. We choose the frontal sea view room (I recommend this for a breathtaking view of the sea and watching the sunset). The room was spacious and clean. We found the style of the bathroom, toilet and handwashing basin placement odd but it was their style and we actually liked it. FOOD The food was amazing. The kitchen staff deserve bonuses for working so extremely hard every single time we went in the restaurant. We loved every meal and there was just so much to eat. We were all inclusive so we weee never hungry. The food selections were excellent as well. STAFF All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jasmine who was so exceptional and efficient at her job and always helping out with a smile on her face. They all deserve a raise. I am grateful to this hotel for being so considerate and letting us stay around and have lunch after checkout as our flight was in the evening. We weee allowed to use the pool as well until we were ready to leave. That was such a thoughtful thing they did. The facilities were brilliant. I didnt use the Sauna as I couldn’t get any chance to go there. However I was by the pool mostly and it was very clean and you can always find a bed to lay down. We paid 20euros deposit to use the pool towels which we collected back during check out. Not sure what I am leaving out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will be staying at AluaSoul when next we visit...

Nothing. Our only regret was leaving too early.

The hotel staff, especially in the bar area are outstanding!! A little silly restaurant was full but you couldn’t use the tables outside on the pool side.

My mum is disabled and uses a rollator. The disabled accessibility does mean you walk further to get to ramps etc and we were in a room the furthest from reception. Because the hotel is chain owned direct communication about mums needs before we arrived was really difficult. The restaurant is also hard to navigate when you have mobility issues.

it was located in a more quieter part of Ibiza, but still easily accessible to get to the partying part of town, if you felt like it. The all-inclusive was fabulous!

a few broken items, blocked shower, broken iron. They were super fast to fix any issues though, so I'll give them an A+ for that! But that's about it. everything else was great. oh, there were only a couple of staff members who weren't friendly like the majority of staff there....

The hotel is lovely, clean, fresh, bright & friendly. The pools are fabulous and there are plenty of sun loungers, the room was lovely and clean and nice and bright and the all inclusive food was very good with lots cooked fresh! Staff were friendly and helpful and the champagne on arrival was lovely. We were also permitted to stay and use facilities until 5:30pm on check out day which was welcomed with a late flight!

The sea view rooms (which are very beautiful by the way!) do face onto the street and Charlie’s bar has live loud music until 12-1am every night, the doors could do with being a little more sound proof is all but didn’t detract from our holiday!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved the indoor pool, steam and sauna facilities. The food was absolutely amazing, we went in with low expectations and the chefs truly blew them out the water. As two powerlifters, we were conscious about the amount of protein and healthy options but we need not be concerned as there was plenty of choice. Jennifer was an amazing manager who answered any queries.

The steam and sauna was broken for 1 of our days.

Food was exceptional and location perfect

The small toilet and shower cubicle with little privacy if you required that,we were on the fifth floor and thier was a bad odour on several occasions from the toilet and sink we had to flush the toilet several times to reduce this not good. The cups and glasses in the room would not fit the coffee machine. We did report this but Notting happened.

I didn't use the pool, however, the food was great (if you got to the buffet before the crowds to avoid the queue). Good location too, walking distance to the local Wednesday Hippie Market, which was well worth the visit. The staff were also excellent and a lovely welcome drink on arrival too.

I didn't like how thin the walls were between the bedrooms, I could hear everything from both sides, from plugging their devices in, to listening to their films.

Really enjoyed the breakfast, didn’t have the dinner as much as we wanted to explore restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the gym, pool area was nice although it does get very busy. Rooms were a good size and very clean

Lack of healthy choices at dinner and vegan options for breakfast and dinner. The first few days I had a room that was on the other side (opposite side to the pool) which was really noisy. The pool side was absolutely fine
