I loved everything about my stay. I did t want to leave😅. It was our first time in Ibiza and we were hoping to get a good place to stay and experience Ibiza. We chose AluaSoul after looking through other hotels and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel met all our expectations. We arrived late at 9pm. We met a lovely lady at the reception who told us to leave our bags securely in the store by the reception and go have dinner. We were hungry and tired so that meal was really helpful. We got our keys and went in our room and it was the most gorgeous view ever. We choose the frontal sea view room (I recommend this for a breathtaking view of the sea and watching the sunset). The room was spacious and clean. We found the style of the bathroom, toilet and handwashing basin placement odd but it was their style and we actually liked it. FOOD The food was amazing. The kitchen staff deserve bonuses for working so extremely hard every single time we went in the restaurant. We loved every meal and there was just so much to eat. We were all inclusive so we weee never hungry. The food selections were excellent as well. STAFF All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jasmine who was so exceptional and efficient at her job and always helping out with a smile on her face. They all deserve a raise. I am grateful to this hotel for being so considerate and letting us stay around and have lunch after checkout as our flight was in the evening. We weee allowed to use the pool as well until we were ready to leave. That was such a thoughtful thing they did. The facilities were brilliant. I didnt use the Sauna as I couldn’t get any chance to go there. However I was by the pool mostly and it was very clean and you can always find a bed to lay down. We paid 20euros deposit to use the pool towels which we collected back during check out. Not sure what I am leaving out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will be staying at AluaSoul when next we visit...

The hotel is lovely, clean, fresh, bright & friendly. The pools are fabulous and there are plenty of sun loungers, the room was lovely and clean and nice and bright and the all inclusive food was very good with lots cooked fresh! Staff were friendly and helpful and the champagne on arrival was lovely. We were also permitted to stay and use facilities until 5:30pm on check out day which was welcomed with a late flight!

The sea view rooms (which are very beautiful by the way!) do face onto the street and Charlie’s bar has live loud music until 12-1am every night, the doors could do with being a little more sound proof is all but didn’t detract from our holiday!

Really enjoyed the breakfast, didn’t have the dinner as much as we wanted to explore restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the gym, pool area was nice although it does get very busy. Rooms were a good size and very clean

Lack of healthy choices at dinner and vegan options for breakfast and dinner. The first few days I had a room that was on the other side (opposite side to the pool) which was really noisy. The pool side was absolutely fine

Location is great, hotel is clean, rooms are cleaned to high standard, pool area very stylish, all in all a very nice hotel

The food is shocking, never a 4* offering, lunch and evening meals are the same, and very little variety from day to day, had better in 3* hotels, we would love to return but not a chance while they serve this rubbish

Loved the hotel pool, beautiful rooms (we had an ocean view from the balcony corner which was gorgeous!), and close proximity to the beach! Everything feels very clean, relaxing, and calming. Staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Various fun events onsite such as trivia and evening music.

Wish there would have been a bit more variety in the food and beverage options, particularly in the non-alcoholic drink department (more than one mocktail option would have been great). Depending on room location you may end up with noise pollution from an adjacent bar, but it was fine most nights.

Perfect location with lovely beach and ferry at the door. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Room spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Excellent swimming pools also very clean and well taken care of by the staff. All staff members were friendly, helpful and excellent professionals.

Stayed AI and was disappointed with the food. Breakfast was good but lacked options for vegetarians, for example no vegetable drinks. Lunch and dinner was very much the same every day and very basic. And once again lacked vegetarian dishes. There were some vegetables available but vegetarians do not live on pizza and potato. Lack of proteins of vegetable origin

- bed size was amazing - view was lovely - really good aircon - near the beach - very clean - working lifts - lovely views from the corridors - spacious

- The open plan bathroom was a massive no for us and would put us off staying again. There is no privacy and you can hear everything. - hundreds of wasps at the outside bar - evening entertainment was so disappointing, we would just start enjoying it and it would be over after 60 minutes. It should be on until at least midnight as you would make a lot more money that - from 11pm all inclusive has to pay for drinks

Late dinner offered, which is great, but not much left. Very noisy 3/7 nights (people talking out loud in halls and in balconies) No duvet/blankets available in room. 1/7 dinner, very busy, queues to serve your meal.

The whole experience was great at the Alua Sol, Check in was easy, quick and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with a complimentary mini bar which was superb. The facilities were really good the pool was big and the beds including the bali beds were all in good condition. Checkout was also very easy

I would think that there's no room service and that I couldn't call them because the phone isn't working. I spoke to the receptionist about that but they told me that I would had to come down stairs for that
