Breakfast was decent, pool is beautiful, location is a short walk to Santa Eularia town. I liked the room very much, nice decor, and shower was great.

The most annoying thing was hearing bossa nova covers of famous tracks being piped around the pool all day. A bit is fine, but they could put on a greater variety of music. This was just the same tracklist on repeat, so ended up hearing Madonna's 'Like a Virgin' in lounge jazz style about 3 times per day.

The property is located in a good location and within walking distance of the centre where you can access all the restaurants. We found the hotel staff friendly and hotel well maintained. We stayed in the Level 1 Area which gives you access to the refurbished rooms.

There was very little parking available only at front entrance. You were directed to park in another parking spot which was free but 7min walk. Which was fine but hectic when you first arrive. Maybe save the front parking for new arrivals in the busy season giving the 2 hour parking and direct them to the nearest parking area.

We had a fantastic stay — the staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout. Special thanks to Miguel, who went out of his way to help us source a jamón during our stay! The hotel was immaculate, with stunning sea views, a lovely private balcony with daybed, and a real sense of calm. We’d highly recommend booking a Level room — that part of the hotel offers access to the rooftop terrace, a smaller, peaceful breakfast area, and a lovely indoor/outdoor layout with fresh produce, fruit available all day, and wine, cava, beer, and soft drinks etc. The location itself, overlooking the sea, was great.

The only downside was the gym, which felt like an afterthought. There was just one gym for the entire hotel, and none in the Level area. It was small, awkwardly shaped, and didn’t have enough space or equipment given the size of the property. One thing to note: access to the Level benefits wasn’t clearly explained at booking — we only found out from a friend and had to request an upgrade afterward. It’s definitely worth staying in the Level rooms, but clearer communication around this would improve the booking experience.

Great hotel with exceptional staff; location was just out of the marina which was a little walk but sat nicely on the coast line so there was a lovely breeze and wonderful views. The room was decent enough too although not worth the price increase for the levels upgrade, we’d probably have been happy enough in a normal room. The rooms were cleaned quite well and done every day. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The staff were great in all areas of the hotel; so friendly and helpful, very accommodating too.

We upgraded to the Levels and honestly, the hotel is that good you don’t need to do this and it’s not worth the money; the rooftop area was nice but there was more space, better loungers and better pools down in the main hotel area, which we much preferred. In the rooftop area, there were little flies everywhere which were biting too, lots of guests commented on this, so after one day upstairs we went down to the main pool areas and didn’t have that problem. The daily tapas in the levels area isn’t that special either, more like sandwiches and it can get busy so doesn’t feel that “exclusive”. The breakfast was just as good in the main area so again the levels upgrade didn’t feel necessary or that different to warrant the significant price difference.

Brekfast was good, good selection, fresh fruit. Hotel is cool, clean Sea view was incredible Club sandwich from room service was amazing and the cocktails where nice

A/C was terrible I thought the bathroom could of been cleaned better one bottle of small water per room clean was a little tight! We ordered food to our poolside loungers and the salads felt unfresh and there was an insane amount of cheese on the Doritos/Nachos... too much! An issue which was resolved was the amount of people who were staying with and the charges for them. This got sorted but was a lengthy conversation / emails etc to sort.

I loved the location, and we were in the Level which felt very nice and exclusive with access to the rooftop pool & bar. The rooms were amazing, lovely and cool and we had stunning views over the ocean. The lounge offered a good range of complimentary snacks/drinks.

You can only move between floor using the lift, in the Level there is only one lift and it’s very congested. I would suggest opening up access to stairs and adding another lift. We booked half board which was a waste, we ended up paying for a lot of our food on top of HB because it was limited to the evening buffet only. It would be good to be clearer on this or to consider a credits system.

I went to do the 12k ibiza marathon.location was perfect to expo and start line. 5 mins walk to the harbour and beach . Lots of shops restaurants and bars all around the harbour and beach. Beautiful scenery. All types of food available in a variety of restaurants. Staff seemed to be at a low but probably due to it been mid April and season has fully started yet..

There wasnt enough staff so waiting on food and drinks for a large group was roughly 1-2 hours. Mainly 2 hours but on occasions when few people only ordering was quick enough. They didn't have a good variety of drinks (alcopops) in particular. Lots opted to not drink because of this.

The welcome from all staff. The beautiful smells in reception. The cleanliness which was top drawer. Breakfast staff who were so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The level roof terrace (but see below). Happy hour vibe.

The see through glass showers which were also surrounded by mirrors!! Lots and lots of mirrors! Felt a bit overwhelming to see yourself in every part of the room all of the time. The fact that the rooftop bar was not part of the ‘level’ in terms of drinks. £500 a night and we were still paying for a beer on the rooftop. To access the ‘level’ benefits you had to be downstairs in the garden where you cannot be in swimwear. Felt a little like paying twice.

This hotel is exceptional. The view from our room was beautiful and amazing to wake up to every morning. There are 3 pools in the hotel all with great views of the ocean. The breakfast in the level was great with a good buffet selection and then also able to order other items. We had lunch in the cape nao most days the food was great as where the view and staff. Id specially like to mention the rooftop restaurant llum. This was the best meal of our trip we ate in several other highly recommended restaurant but tbis was by far the best again the staff were absolutely amazing very attentive. I would recommend the level as you have snacks , coffees and drinks throughout the day included in your stay in a relaxing lounge area along with a large patio beside the sea. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel.

The only slight issue we had was a bit of a smell from the drains however, looking at all the hotels on the island this is common and likely not the fault of the hotels.

The location and amenities are nice but I was given a very uncomfortable ground floor room (which also did not correspond to the pictures on your website) so it had to be changed to a lower category while waiting for the availability of the room I had booked. For this, staff were very helpful.

Cleanliness of the room and breakfast tables could be improved. Service at breakfast could also be better. Even if staff did their best to solve the room issue, it seems now common practice to neglect solotravellers when it comes to the choice of room.
