A well appointed large apartment with a half glass fronted balcony offering a serene view across the bay. The kitchen supplied everything that we needed, lovely large bathroom and easy to operate shower.. The rooftop sunbeds and hot tub were brilliant .... and lots of them The gym in he basement was a great added extra as were the free bikes for guests use. The restaurant under the apartments was excellent as are the restaurants either side, all accessible by steps outside the main entrance onto a lovely promenade. Would thoroughly recommend this property

Our room was very spacious for two people we could afford to add at least 1 or 2 more people. The bathroom was large and had a separate room for the toilet, which is nice. The shower was big and water pressure was great. The King bed was spacious and comfortable. The VIEW our room had was breath taking and something we will never forget! The gym is well equipped and a nice space. The rooftop was very nice with ample seating and an area for massages. There is also a WONDERFUL Jacuzzi on the roof with a perfect view of Ibiza. The location was great and we were able to access different bus routes and walk to many different location from this hotel. This hotel was fantastic and we would love to stay there again!

Nothing to complain about

Apartment was in an excellent location, amazing views from our balcony. Our apartment was spotless, the cleaning ladies were lovely and very helpful. The Lady on reception was very helpful, always cheery and asking re your day. Lots of restaurants close to apartments. Only a mile walk into the old town, which was easy. You can get ferries to other areas from the old town.

Walls are not very soundproof, you could hear the adjoining neighbours etc. Some Guests should try and be more considerate when closing there room doors, as it could be noisy at times. Also sitting on the balcony talking loudly till after 5 in the morning is not good for others sleep. Children should be supervised at all times, and not just left to their own devices. Unfortunately the hotel has no control over the guests that stay and make it uncomfortable for other guests.

We booked a beach front room and the view was fantastic, the sound of the waves with our coffee in the morning was wonderful. The rooms are spacious. Everything you need is provided. The rooftop has lots of different types of seating: lounges, sun beds etc. There is an exercise rm with weights, a few machines, exercise mats & more. Also a laundry on site.

The only down side to the whole stay was that the room is not insulated well from the hallway. So, when some loud guests return home from a late night out, you hear every word. I tried putting a towel under the front door, but, it didn't help.

Spacious room and help staff

The walls are thin between rooms and the plumbing system often makes noise.

Our room was exactly as pictured online…spacious, clean, modern and with the most glorious view! We had been travelling for a month when we arrived and it was wonderful to be able to recharge and to cook some meals for ourselves. Sud Ibiza felt like an oasis and was still easily walkable to the Old Town. We didn’t want to leave!

Our only small recommendation would be for the kitchen to be stocked with the very basics….salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee. It is hard to find small amounts of those to buy in the local stores.

Lots of noise Expected some noise But this was a bit extreme First three nights our neighbours in room 401 were extremely noisy with loud music late into the night but also hours and hours of ongoing s*x and accompanying percussion to go with it! Think they were live-streaming a S*x show as lots of people coming and going during the “events” … who knows but really impacted our experience

Amazing view, amazing room, amazing rooftop with small jacuzzi. The room was well sound isolated. There was a party in the room next door but when you closed a balcony window and turn air-conditioning on then it was quiet - you hear air-conditioning noise only. Very efficient air-conditioning system.

Upon check-in the hotel asks you for a deposit. By either coping all your credit/debit card details (copy! not preauthorisation. It is so risky nowadays. You do not have control over what happens to that physical copy) or cash (200 euro for two days stay). For potential damages you might cause. Deposit is given back upon check-out if everything is ok. Usually I expect card preauthorisation (which is the safest way) but the hotel does not offer such option.

Staid with my wife and 6 year old daughter for a week. We took turns sleeping on the sofa bed. We had a room on the top floor and the view with formentera in the distance was amazing. The old city is a short 15 minute (little steep) walk, supermarket and coffee shops are also really close. Best thing for us was there is lot a to do for our daughter ie. playing in the sea, the Figueretes beach, playing with other kids in a small playgrounds nearby, lot of shops etc. There also was a small gym where we could do some exercises and it was well equipped with some free weights and kettle bells which we like. Staff was also very nice, accommodating and helpful with car rental for a couple. We will definitely come back.

The sofa bed was a little hard but we took turns and got used to it.

The property is everything one can expect. First of all it is well located with several supermarkets nearby. There is a gate from the hotel that leads to many restaurants by the seafront. The city centre is only about 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room, it looks just like on the pictures. It is spacious, beautiful and super clean. It has such an amazing view of the sea which you can see from the shower ! The bed is really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Last but not least, everyone from the receptionists to the cleaners were really nice and professional. Thanks to them, my daughter and I had the best 9 days ever. Thank you for everything, we will book again !
