Very nice place, good location, very clean.

The hotel has a brilliant location right on the beachfront, and all the rooms have a balcony. The staff are excellent, always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd especially mention Francisco and Luis from reception; they were great! There was also a really good gym again with a view of the sea. Our group has people aged 9-59 and we all loved it!

Our room was a little on the small side, but as we didn't spend a lot of time in it, there wasn't any real issue. The pool is also a bit small but the beach is right there and so it was always possible to get a sun lounger at some stage during the day.

It is always kept so clean, this was our second stay. The staff can’t do enough for you and are warm and friendly. Loved staying there.

People putting their towels on the sun beds around the pool very early 7-8 (pool doesn’t open until 8.00) they would then sometimes leave their towels down for a few hours but not use the beds, when others could be using them.

Perfect location! Short taxi rides to all of the big clubs and a 20 min walk into the old town. Great restaurants nearby and located on a beautiful beach. The apartment was clean with lovely views.

We could never get a sun-bed by the pool. It seems people get up at 7am to put their towels and belongings there or leave them over night and leave the beds unoccupied for hours. There doesn’t seem to be any policing of this.

The apartment was immaculate and cleaned daily, with a great view of the beach and the sea. The pool looked nice but was too cold for us when we were there. It was well-equipped on the whole, with a toaster and kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt safe for me and my five year-old daughter, as we were just the two of us. This is a great location to be close to whatever you're interested in seeing in Ibiza town. We walked into the town every day and went to the port too.

This isn't a criticism of the apartment, but the location really. There is constant noise from flights overhead and boats in the sea - all day and most of the night. It was a bit too busy for me as a light sleeper. You also get the noise from people walking the promenade all night, and as you always do in complexes like this, you hear people scraping chairs etc in apartments nearby. Also, just to be aware that the apartments can be quite high (we were on the 3rd floor) and there was no way to lock the balcony. Travelling alone with an adventurous five year old I had to be very vigilant!

The location is top, with all interests near by: beach with clear water and soft sand, old town, marina, restaurants, shops. The view is wow. The facilities are all you need and the price is very good. We extended our trip for 5 more nights, thats how much we liked it. The staff helped us make the vacation plan a great one. We are very thankful

There’s nothing we did not like.

Great location on the beach, approx 20 minutes walk into the town centre, close to supermarkets, taxi rank, bars and restaurants, complex restaurant served good food and cocktails, room was bright and airy, staff were friendly. In April, the pool gets the sun up until about 5pm.

My bed was very, very firm, but the other in the living room was a memory foam one and much more comfortable. There was a lot of noise from the street, which isn't the fault of the property, but there was a fair bit of general noise travelling within the block from the other apartments too.

Lovely busy but quiet location All apartments look out on the sea and the beach is just the promenade with away. Boats to Formentera dock at the pier directly in front. Some nights we ate in and supermarkets like Lidl are close by. Staff were courteous and helpful. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and the nearest beach to same. would go again ( but deal direct with them ).

Nothing I didn't like about these apartments.

So close to all you want to do. Ferry crossing right outside. Walkable into town. Near taxi rank. 20 mins from the airport max Helpful member of staff Clean Could outshine hotels with more stars!

Simple yet almost everything needed and convenient.

We had a 3rd floor room which had a balcony and an amazing view looking out onto the sea and beach (I'm not sure if those nice rooms would be as easy to get in peak tourist season). The room was very clean with a small stove and fridge. The towels were changed every day.

The rooms are not cleaned each day, they only come around to change the towels. Linen is not changed (at least not for the 3 days we were there). They probably clean and change linen every day in the hotel; not in the apartments.
