I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful 😇. They greeted me with warm smiles😁 and efficiently handled my check-in process, providing all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and local attractions🥳 The daily housekeeping service was impeccable. I returned each day to find my room perfectly cleaned and organized, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries restocked. The entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel🤩 I look forward to returning on my next visit!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Lovely, bright, exceptionally clean hotel in an amazing location. The hotel is basic and you can hear your neighbours next door (ear plugs provided) but comfy and convenient. Surprisingly I got a sea view balcony room for those incredible sunsets and sunrises and a bit of plane spotting too! The beach is at your doorstep. Lots of restaurants and Spar for your basic groceries. The staff is exceptionally helpful and polite. Only 10 mins taxi ride from the airport Would recommend it and will stay there again when in Ibiza town.

Absolutely basic, Absolutely perfect. This wee hotel is 20 steps from the beach, walkway, restaurants. It was exceptionally clean, bright and airy. Staff were lovely. Would Really recommend if you are looking for basic at a high standard.

It was a deposit for the kettle, not a big deal. Had to request more pillows for the bed, again, not an issue. Check-in was a little too late in the day - but where the hotel is situated, it wasn't too big an issue. Could have had brighter lighting in the room - only had the option of curtains open or closed for privacy.

Lovely hotel, 30 seconds from the beach. We were here 10-13th April and weather was perfect, sunbathed each day. Can hire beach towels from the hotel so didn’t have to buy/bring any. Also towels provided in room for shower. Room is simple but just what you need for somewhere to sleep and shower. Lounge area is nice, our room didn’t have a balcony so one evening we bought some drinks and sat out on one of the lounges balcony’s. 20 minute walk from marina and lots of nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Beds were a little uncomfortable but nothing to really moan about.

Everything was great ! The location is perfect ; we have so many grocery’s shop and restaurants near the hotel, the beach is at 1min from the hotel and we have an amazing view from our room ! The beach is beautiful (sand and clear water). The room was clean and had a super nice view ! Maybe just a few things more would’ve been even better like a glass for the toothbrushes but nothing huge, we still had an amazing staying experience! The staff were the nicest !! We needed help to book activities (like jetski) and they’re so dedicated to help us ! Also we had an issue with new neighbours (because they made a lot of noise) and when we informed the staff about it they took it really seriously and managed to solve the problem immediately ! They made sure that everything was alright and that we had everything we needed ! I can only recommend this hotel ; localisation/ staff / cleanings / stuff around everything is on point ! You also have near by a taxi station which is very helpful and the hotel is 10min (taxi) away from famous clubs. Huge thanks to all the staff (cleaning ladies included!) but especially to : Alessandro, Juan, Teresa and Valentina for their help and support! Absolute angels !

We had such a good stay at suncoast Ibiza, we came here for 4 days and having been to ibiza multiple times before but never staying in this area, we really enjoyed it and would 100% stay here again. The location was amazing there was a taxi rank just opposite the hotel and it was only 5 minutes in a taxi to Pacha. It was right on the beach which had multiple bars & restaurants to choose from at night so everything was in walking distance. The old town was also very close and within 20/25 min walking distance with a nice scenic route along the beachfront.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about suncoast Ibiza however having a pool would have made the stay even better.

The hotel is really nicely located just in front of Figueretas beach (I could see the beach from my room!), it's about 10-15min walk to Ibiza town and the promenade, there is a bus stop for the airport nearby, as well as a taxi place, and a small grocery shop across the street where you can buy water, food, etc. There is also a direct small ferry boat to Formentera Island that leaves twice a day. Really nice promenade street with a few restaurants. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. The Reception is open 24h and also you can leave your luggage in a storage room when you check out. Room was clean and good value for money. People at the hotel are really nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, I visited for a long weekend and really got everything I need.

Location super super - at playa des Figueretes, for me this is a great option for Ibiza party or beach holidays. Then the room is new and clean, and for being one person room the size was ok. Hotel super clean. Room cleaning is done daily. Staff is all very friendly kind and help fil and speak many languages. A great value for money.

May be to add a small Furniture in the room for pit things.

Excellent location 1 minute from the beach. Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a small fridge in the room.

20 euro deposit for safe key. There was no number combination on the safety deposit box, instead you have to carry a huge key with you or leave it at reception presumably(?). Also had to pay a deposit for to use a kettle, which wasn't a problem but there were no cups or mugs in the room. Also no tea or coffee provided but that's fine, we just bought our own instant coffee from the supermarket opposite.

The location of the hotel is really perfect. Everything was close. Very nice receptionist. The bathroom was the best, it exceeded our expectations. The cleaning lady came to clean every day. Overall the hotel met our expectations.

It can be seen that it is not a new hotel, but after renovation. Everything was fine except for the thin walls. We heard everything from the toilet flush to the sounds of cell phone alerts. I didn't sleep even once during my entire stay. We had a neighbor who snored so incredibly we felt like he was lying in bed with us. We were also a bit bothered by the thin single sheet for covering.
