Well situated just a 15 minute walk into Ibiza town and 25 minutes to Platja d’en Bassa, the apartment was very clean and even though the kitchen equipment was minimal it had everything that we needed. Although there was no personal air conditioning, the temperature was perfect even though outside it was incredibly hot. There were air vents which I assume provided ambient temperature to the whole building. The pool was fantastic but we mostly swam in the sea as the beach below us was quiet and so beautiful. The balcony hang over the beach. The apartment was well insulated meaning that the noise of our neighbours was almost inaudible. Antonio and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day even though sometimes we didn’t go out till mid afternoon.

The knives on the kitchen didn’t cut very well. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Lovely large apartment with small kitchen, big balcony, good air con. Right by the beach with many restaurants good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not too loud in the evenings for sleep. The pool had some shady areas with a cafe next to it. We could also use their twin hotel's pool which was on a rooftop and just across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage, use the pool and shower before a late checkout. They were able to call us a taxi whenever we wanted.

Could have more in the kitchen such as fairy liquid and a cloth, but otherwise all was fine.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and it was useful to have 24 hour cover. The location was good, everything we needed was close by. The rooms were clean and provided what we needed. They weren't super fancy but they served the purpose. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool was only open between 10 and 6 which is a very short window when on holiday. We would have liked to sit by the pool at 8am one day and in the evening when the pool closes it's expected that we would vacate the area, so we couldn't even sit there to dry off in the sun.

Lovely location near Ibiza Town and the beach, wide balcony, lovely garden view, restaurant was superb with reasonably priced meals. Very large, comfortable room. Nice swimming pool.

We faced the garden and the bedroom was at the back of the property, you reached this via a staircase which was outside the hotel. We had a couple of nights that were really noisy from drinkers nearby and the open plan layout meant all the yelling could be heard from the bedroom. The swimming pool is closed in the evenings. With the layout once you’ve registered you don’t really feel part of a hotel community so felt it was lacking a bit in atmosphere. Pillow was really uncomfortable.

Clean, modern, amazing sea view, local bars and restaurants nearby. Great staff, comfortable, spacious and close to the Old Town. Hotel arranged a hire car for us. Big thanks to Antonio. They also offer brolly, towel and beach bag rental for a €50 refundable deposit. All in all 5/5.

On the higher price side for four nights. Hotel can ring a taxi but in peak times it can be challenging. Not the hotels fault but needing some to and from the old town.

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment itself was fairly basic but everything was very new and clean. The staff were really lovely and accommodating. The location is also excellent. A short taxi to ibiza town or clubs while still being far out enough that it's not overly busy. Hotel is also right on the beach with lots of restaurants and bars along the promenade. I would stay here again.

Parking garage is very tight. We found it difficult to park our hire car which was in fairness a fairly large automatic.

Housekeeping maid was excellent. Paid extra for apartment overlooking the sea = splendid view. There was a problem with steam from a cracked handle on the kettle, we received a new one within minutes of pointing this out to reception. Everything worked in the apartment. The roof top solarium was very tranquil with great views. Decor throughout was bright, clean and fresh.

some controllable shade around the pool area would have been welcome. Partner loves the sun, I like shade. She spent a lot of time out there on her own. Sun lounger chairs on the balcony rather than dining chairs. The two single beds pushed together to make a sort of double, More instructions on how to use the hob and the air-con would have been helpful, QR code links perhaps?

The apartment was in the best location, right on the seafront, and we had the most stunning views from our balcony out to sea. Being on the seafront, there was a great choice of bars and restaurants within a short walk. There were also supermarkets very close by. The apartment was well-equipped. It was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided each day, if required. It was possible to borrow a ‘beach kit’ including parasol, beach bag and towels for a deposit.

The towels in the apartment could have done with being bigger - they didn’t cover much!

Lovely spacious, clean apartment with the most amazing view of the sea and the promenade below. It has a really spacious balcony with table and chairs. Lovely to have breakfast out there. We really liked the location for exploring Ibiza town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the pool was much better than expected. It is great you can have a shower when you leave on a later flight too.

There was nothing we didn;t like, highly recommended, and we will defintely return if we return to Ibiza

Location was top, in between the old town and the newer part. Even though we went in october, parking places for the rental car were a disaster to find ( so a parking spot at the hotel was a bit of a must). The desk staff is so friendly. Complimentary towels for the beach or pool were really nice. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Super nice balcony.

The chairs on the balcony are just so uncomfortable :-) If you are unlucky enough to have very noisy neighbours playing loud music and just being super loud, you won't enjoy it.
