Absolutely loved our stay! The pool area was spotless with plenty of loungers and a great vibe thanks to the Ibiza chill house music playing throughout the day. Our room was even better than expected—comfortable and airy, with a small terrace and Acapulco chairs, just around the corner from the pool bar, which made it super convenient. The location is excellent—just a short taxi ride from all the iconic Ibiza clubs, but still peaceful enough to relax. A big bonus was the shower and locker facilities for late departures, which made our last day so much easier. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and always available. Highly recommended, and without a doubt, we’ll be coming back!

Close to the beaches and restaurants.the staff are friendly and helpful.the facilities are clean.our flight was in the evening and you can leave your luggage in a locker with key.the check out time is 11am and you can still use the facilities until you leave the place.the pool is open from 10qm till 8pm.the room is clean with iron and iron board.we didn’t use the kitchen as we ate food outside most of the time.reception staff are very helpful and open 24hours.a deposit of 50euros if you borrow their beach towel but they will return the deposit upon check out.we had lunch and the prices of the food are reasonable.noise are tolerable to think we stayed downstairs where the lift are close and room near the pool.we had a great time staying in the apartment.we will come back and will stay again.highly recommended.

Second year in a row we stay here. This hotel has everything you can need: good pool atmosphere with chill music and a restaurant/bar where you can order food or drinks (reasonable prices for Ibiza); great spacious rooms with a proper small kitchen, if you take one of the sea views room you are going to have amazing views; staff is always helpful and kind, totally 10/10; and a couple of pluses: when you do the check-in you receive a bracelet which is the key for your room (this gives you the possibility to forget about it all your trip!) and they have a luggage room with showers (towels and gel) for your day of check-out in case you want to enjoy your last day in Ibiza. Next year we will come back again 100%! Great hotel!

Clean and modern, friendly staff, pool was lovely with a great poolside playlist. The self catering amenities are great - well stocked kitchenette. Beds were comfy, bathroom was modern with a great shower. Good value for money for Ibiza! 8/10 mins in taxi to the Old Town or 20/25 min walk. Close to Hï and Ushuaia etc (15 min taxi or so). Super close to Figuretes beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. A quiet enough area to recover and chill but not too far from the action either.

To be honest, any issues we had were very minor (keys not working one morning, took ages to get into the room & a lot of up and down the lift to reception but staff were helpful). The bar is a little on pricey side (look it's Ibiza!) but its nice to treat yourself to a poolside cocktail now and again and they're good cocktails! Otherwise Ive genuinely no complaints about this accommodation.

I recently stayed at this apartment with four friends, and it was an incredible experience! The food was delicious, with a variety of options that satisfied all of our tastes. The service was outstanding, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The vibe was wonderfully relaxed, yet it still had that vibrant, energetic feel of Ibiza. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we all had great nights of sleep, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us cool during the hot days. Great location for hi nightclub and nice beaches. No complaints whatsoever—definitely a 5-star stay!

Loved the location - Was surrounded by bars, restaurants and big supermarkets like LIDL (10 minute walk). We were also able to walk to and from clubs like Hi Ibiza which was super convenient. We also loved how keys to the room were wristbands so we never had to worry about sharing or forgetting the key. The pool and onsite restaurant/cafe was also a huge plus - we hung here during the day and ordered lunch everyday. Rooms were super clean and was even serviced once during our stay.

We booked two apartments so it would have been nice to have been in the same building or next to each other.

The White Apartments are stunning. Beautifully designed. No fuss, exceptionally clean. Modern light and airy design. The atmosphere is very chilled out. The pool area is very clean and cool. Lovely dance music playing. We were very lucky to have the 3 rooms that opened straight out onto the pool. Friendly staff. Maria, was especially lovely. Great food and drink available to purchase at a reasonable price. Great location close to the beach, Figueretas, Ibiza town and Playa d’en Bossa. Taxi comes straight away to take you anywhere.

The property is modern, the staff are very helpful and friendly and having your own mini apartment is more comfortable than just a standard room. Very easy to get taxis too.

I think they could have some drawers or a cupboard in the bedroom. There’s a small open closet with a shelf and rail but that’s it and you can’t put your luggage under the bed / away so you end up using it for your clothes and stepping over it. No biggie but if we had a third person it would be annoying space wise.

The balcony overlooked a building site so could never actually use it due to builders being constantly outside the room! We couldn’t even open any of the curtains/windows to let the light in as they could see straight in. Also they started work/making noise from 9am. Not what you want on holiday!!
