We loved our stay, all staff very friendly, room very clean & most importantly quiet, even the air-con! which was fantastic. Location perfect for us. There was just a couple of things though that for the level of hotel & price we paid, we were disappointed it wasnt available. Friends who stayed in a very similar hotel standard & price bracket were offered more amenities & little touches.

1. 1hr free entry to the Spa was only available if you booked your hotel stay direct through the hotel. Regardless who you book with whether direct or not you should offer to everyone. I would of had a treatment if this was the case but instead we did neither. Cost for 2 people to use spa facilities for 1hr would cost €50 not worth it in my eyes. 2. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. You should then offer free tea/coffee throughout the day (not just at breakfast) for all hotel guests. 3. No water facilities in the gym, you had to buy over expensive water from the bar. That is not good enough.

The location and style was excellent. As was the breakfast and gym facilities. Staff were very helpful too and left us a complimentary bottle of cava for our honeymoon. Very kind

We paid for a superior room and was very disappointed as it was our honeymoon so “splashed out” the room was very small and bathroom was ridiculously small. You couldn’t open door full way without hitting the toilet. So getting ready going out was done individually due to space. Balcony was what we paid extra for I guess, and the seats wet right against the wall. Pictures are very deceiving on this app we’ve discovered and as it was honeymoon, it was a tad deflating. I can’t imagine how small the basic room was

Everything was lovely, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely with a little balcony. Breakfast was really lovely, with a great selection of choices. We loved the rooftop restaurant, although more food choices would be great (a few of the menu items were not available). The location is excellent and you can walk to Ibiza town in 15 minutes or so. The hotel is fantastic. There was some noise during the early hours of the morning on a few occasions from some of the other guests, but apart from that, we couldn't fault it.

Drunken behaviour from some of the guests which is not the hotel's fault but it was disruptive on a few nights.

The hotel is very clean and decorated well. It felt intimate and personable and is in a great location, too. The staff are friendly and approachable and nothing seems too much trouble. Communicate from the staff is great as well - I really appreciated the WhatsApp message I received a few days before my stay.

The cost of the cocktails were expensive. It meant that we chose to go out more than we would have normally as the prices of p were a lot cheaper in places around the hotel. Although, I must add here that the cocktails were very nice at the hotel.

We arrived early in the morning and we were able to check our bags and use the showers and facilities well before checking in! We were able to enjoy the cabanas and pool area until our room was ready. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great service and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The location was phenominal and we can't wait to return!! The breakfast offered was amazing and was the perfect start to the day and the Sky Bar was a great way to end the evening! My wife and I took advantage of the spa and we loved it!

We were made very welcome by the reception team. The staff through out the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of breakfast items. The pool area was lovely and clean and plenty of sunbeds to go round. Rooms were lovely too. Ours was small but great . If you wanted a taxi reception can order it. 5 minute walk and you can get a taxi boat to Ibiza town. It’s about 1/2 hour up hill walk to get into Ibiza old town from the hotel.

They have 1 food menu which is available for lunch and dinner, but there wasn’t anything on it for a cheap light lunch. They could do with a pool side menu. We had to leave the hotel to find something to eat.

Excellent location. Just a few minutes walk of promenade with lots of restaurants. Staff were lovely, room was very comfy, food was very good and cocktails were excellent. Great vibe around the pool.

Being very picky… water wasn’t replaced in room every day and ran out of decaf coffee at breakfast after first day. Bathroom was a little tired and smelled slightly damp. All minor issues, over all great hotel

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our trip to Ibiza, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby always had a fresh, inviting scent, and this attention to detail extended to every part of the hotel, including the pool area and the pool water, which were both consistently clean. Cleanliness was particularly important to us, especially given Ibiza's reputation as a party destination where many facilities can be loud, trashy, or dirty. We were thrilled to find that this hotel was a serene exception. We experienced no noise issues during our stay, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The breakfast offered a fair selection, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings at the lovely rooftop bar. The views were spectacular, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. In terms of location, the hotel felt safe and was conveniently close to the ocean. While we did need to take a taxi to reach the clubs and the old city, this minor inconvenience was outweighed by the many positives. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will most likely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Ibiza. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and pleasant place to stay in the midst of Ibiza's vibrant scene, we highly recommend this hotel.

However, there were a few aspects of our stay that could be improved. While our room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with enough hanging and folding space for our clothing and two desks to set things on, it felt quite crowded. The shower was beautiful, but our biggest issue was the room's lighting. It was very dark, making it a daily struggle to do our makeup. The window next to the mirror only provided sunlight to one side of our faces, and the bathroom lighting was also insufficient. This was a significant inconvenience for us.

The cleaning staff in the morning were incredibly loud when talking to each other, almost like they are trying to wake everyone. One of our group only told me the day we left that his room had not been cleaned and beds not changed which I was surprised at because ours had. The cooked breakfast really should be better for this hotel. The bacon was so overcooked it was inedible, the scrambled egg was in a big block so you had to chop it up and the sausages were just disgusting. The pastry’s and fruit were acceptable. The cost of drinks here are on the high side but it is Ibiza.

The staff were so lovely especially the gentleman that checked us in on arrival. We had such a great stay and really appreciated the bottle of Cava that they gave us for our celebrations we were having. The pool area is beautiful and I would have loved to have had time to check out the spa! Would definitely choose here next time I’m back

The room was really nice but was tiny, this was not on the hotel though as I did book this one.
