Very clean property, good sound isolation. Didn’t hear any disturbances from the outside. Daily cleaning and very friendly service. Really nice reception and pool area. Close to a small supermarket which was super convenient, but not as close to other restaurants or attractions. So we took a taxi quite often.

The reception is quite far especially dragging suitcases was a bit challenging and you had to drag there there and then back. As it turned out so was the pool and the breakfast bar. But given value vs money, id still say its worth it. The bathroom was a little too small to manage placing any makeup or hair tools, but overall still a nice clean and new looking bathroom.

It was so clean and perfectly suitable for 3 persons - THE APARTMENT HAD A TERRIFIC SEA VIEW that really leaves you speechless all the time you get up from bed. Besides, the furniture was brand new - it was truly a pleasure to stay there. Even the receptionists (the guy with mustaches took all our hearts cause was soooo warm, funny and welcoming) were the perfect “Welcome to Ibiza” we could ever have asked for.

Good location, close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and the facilities were great. The apartment complex felt secure, and we had great sea views from our balcony.

The hotel next door was very nosy (to be expected in this area of Ibiza) and we were a little out the way to the main hotel where the pool and restaurant were.

Location - it was close to many things. And it was close to a quieter beach. The beds were very comfortable!

Checking in and out at a different location was a bit tiresome and unexpected. We had to bring our luggage along. Mentioning that check in was not at the actual suites would have been helpful. Also the price was a bit expensive for the suite itself. There were a few issues like our shower leaking that made it a little less than ideal.

Really modern, comfortable, well run apartments. Super comfy bed. Good blackout curtains. Well located to walk into Playa den Bossa and easy to get to Ibiza Town.

The cancellation policy caught me out when I booked. It turned out OK and I liked the room – but other friends had booked elsewhere and the zero cancellation left me a little stuck. Luckily we weren't too far apart. Location a bit meh.

We had the most pleasant experience during our stay at Sunrise! Everything was absolutely perfect like the picture. The room exceeded all my expectations with its spaciousness and good cleanliness, not to mention the breathtaking sea view from the balcony. The room service was indeed unexpected, ensuring fresh towels were provided every day. The property's proximity to the beach, just 300 meters away, made it even more convenient for us to enjoy the sun and beach.. Additionally, having a complete set of kitchen utensils available was good. The staff are warm and friendly staff. Last but not least, the room is equipped with some AC, it was the most convenient element on the appartment.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff at both reception and in the bar/restaurant. The apartment was spotless, comfy beds and my favourite thing might be the insanely good water pressure in the shower! Perfect for the one night we were there. If you want to be close to the old town it might feel a little far (25mins walk).

The only thing was that the shower water leaks into the bathroom so you have a wet floor to deal with.

Staff were very friendly, apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pool which was just down the road at the main hotel was very nice. The staff there were also super-friendly and helpful. We had two balconies, one which had a lovely view of the sea and the other which faced towards the pool area of Ryan's hotel and bar next door (more on that below)

One thing to be aware of is the location of your apartment. Our apartments were next door to Ryan's bar and hotel which is where they film the TV show Ibiza weekender. There were lots of younger kids getting on it until the early hours (like 6am) so we had some pretty poor night's sleep - HIGHLY RECOMMEND EARPLUGS I think if you wanted a quieter stay, I would request to stay down the road in the main block where the pool / reception is located. There was a leak from our shower which meant we had to have several towels on the floor when we showered to stop the whole bathroom floor getting soaked.

Fantastic stay, friendly staff, great location, quiet, clean rooms, a shared reception down the road where you're allowed to use the facilities (pool, bar, luggage storage, etc)

The only reason it's not a 10 is because the sofa bed in our triple rooms is not a bed per say but just the sofa itself.

Property had great staff and amazing location, we felt very safe in the area.

The property bathroom flooded twice and the flat had an infestation off ants!!!
