We booked two rooms for a couple and friends. Both rooms were beside each other and both facing the beach which was amazing. Waking up to that view was such a treat. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, while on the pricy side €35PP the selection and drinks were great along with the staff There are two pools at the hotel and the popular one being on the room never felt crowded and the bar staff were fantastic and attentive. We frequently requested taxi's from reception and they were almost always available within 2 minutes.

First night spent in room with windows onto the atrium so very noisy and no sleep. the staff were responsive to ur request to move and the next two nights in a quieter room were fine. The room design was not very practical given that it was quite large. Very little easily used storage space. We thought it was odd that there was no washing up equipment in the kitchen. Great location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay but some things should be addressed.

Third time at One Ibiza Suites, lovely location on Figueretes beach; the ferry to Formentera leaves from the same beach, making it very convenient. Location is also quite convenient, 10 minutes by taxi to many of the key places and less noisy at night than the likes of Ibiza Town. The pool and rooftop are quite nice.

No major dislikes, some little things such as: The rooftop restaurant used to have a much bigger variety of food options but this year it seemed a bit limited. They charge 20 euros per hour if you request a late checkout (we just wanted a 1 hour extension)- this was a bit surprising as other 5 star hotels we stayed in, including the Four Seasons, does not charge for late checkout - especially not when it's 1 hour.

Property is new, clean, tastefully done and at a great location. The ferry for formenterra is literally footsteps away. The best part about this property is the endearing staff! They go out of their way and beyond to make you comfortable, give you information, call for taxis and just make you feel welcomed and safe. I only stay at Marriott properties but I couldn’t get over how personable and amazing the staff is. Food and drinks both at the roof top restaurant as well as the breakfast is amazing. We had some of the best coffees as well. All and all, our trip to Ibiza was special because of One Ibiza suites and we would highly recommend it. Tip- ask for a sea view room.

Some of the rooms don’t face the sea and that isn’t very pleasing

One Suites is exactly as advertised—spotlessly clean with an attentive staff that’s nearly perfect. However, we felt that the place lacked a bit of soul and coziness. The couch, for instance, was quite firm and not very comfortable for lounging. On the positive side, the location is convenient. The harbor was easily accessible using the ferry system, and the city center was within walking distance. The surrounding area was fine, but it didn’t quite capture the charm that Ibiza is known for.

Hotel location was perfect and the staff were all brilliant. The room was a good size and perfect for the purpose of our stay. Rooftop bar and views were lovely. Overall very happy with the quality of the hotel.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the shower in our room. Not only was the temperature not very good - it kept switching from hot to cold. But also the water did not drain well at all and subsequently ended up flooding the bathroom area which was far from ideal.

Such a beautiful hotel with excellent, very helpful staff. Every time we walked into reception we were greeted like old friends and the cleaners were so lovely too. Our room was cleaned daily and new towels provided daily too if we wanted. The facilities were great, kitchen area had everything we could need and the shower was incredible! Roof top pool is another level of stunning with views over the sea and neighbouring islands, delicious cocktails. First time we've had an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together whilst on holiday which was a real added bonus. Loads of restaurants and nice bars nearby, a brilliant location right on the seafront. Not far from Ibiza Town and Playa d'en Bossa. We would highly recommend staying here!

The main bedroom doors weren't overly sound proof and as the building is open all the way up one side, noises echo around. I was woken up a couple of times a night by people coming and going. Also the balconys without a sea view over look the apartment building next doors' balconies which took a little getting used to, not a negative but something to bare if mind if booking one.

The staff are just fabulous. So well informed, polite, happy, responsive and helpful. Honestly great. The rooms are fab - every detail thought through. Proper powerful hairdryers, ironing equipment, kettle, fridge, toaster. Quality shampoo etc. Just great. Balconies are designed for privacy. Bedrooms are quiet. Also the food and drink were great and not heinously expensive for a 5*. Clean. Easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Cars / transfers were immaculate and timely.

The showers didn’t drain properly so flooded the sink / toilet area. Could’ve lived without the cheesy party on the roof on Saturday night (it’s loud, and not Ibiza music).

What is excellent about this hotel : all, what are the highlights : the welcoming staff, the breakfast, the sea view from the room and the candy at the entrance. We will come back again!

We opted for a sea view room with Balcony. The view from the room has a beach and sea and it is one of the best experiences you can think of. The beach and water is extremely clean and very pleasing to the eye. The room is quite large and is stocked with all possible things you might need. The whole property is White in color and is so well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous. The location is amazing with most of the nice areas at a walk able distance.
