This is not my first stay in this hotel, the location is perfect for me five minutes from the beach where I go down on the rocks, 5mn from the centre and the Old Town, 5mn from the Paseo de Figueretas and all its restaurants, very good location. The hotel is charming, normal design, nothing exceptional, but it's nice and refurbished, everything is extremely clean all the time. I'm always amazed by the cleanliness of the place, the room, the corridor, it's all clean as soon as you arrive. The staff are absolutely adorable. We chat with them all the time, they're super nice, attentive to what we ask. Always a kind word.Small pool only for cooling off and not for swimming.

The only problem was that this time they hadn't sorted out their connection problems so that the American Express would work, and for a week there was no solution. It's a real shame, because you should be able to choose your method of payment, otherwise everything was perfect.

The location is perfect because you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes on the rocks and to Ibiza center in 10 minutes, so it's ideal My single room was very small but quite comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. The little balcony was very nice too, so nothing to report. Cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. That's this hotel's strong point, we enter the hotel and it smells clean.A very simple breakfast, but a good one, i end up with tostadas, Spanish-style, which are perfect because the bread is toasted, crushed tomatoes and olive oil are available, put the cheese and ham on and it's a good sandwich. Important the staff, absolutely adorable. I've seen nothing but charming, funny women, It's a real pleasure to chat with them. They'll advise you if you want to go out (restaurants, etc.).

To be picky, the view over the field isn't very clean because there's a homeless man who lives there and sometimes when he comes back he shouts because he's drunk. It's not very pleasant, but as you're never in the room, everything's fine. But it could be sorted out. Why in your chapter 4 do you note that Talamanca Beach is close to the hotel when it is very, very far away?

Loved my stay here - wish it was longer! Location is amazing and the staff was so wonderful and sweet! I just had one day & night and it was perfect. The terrace with a table was really nice to have! The room was super clean and comfy, great shower and has a mini fridge too. Breakfast that was included was delicious! super fresh with lots of options -- I had a boiled egg, fresh honeydew melon, croissant and very good coffees and juice. I will be back for sure <3 I also really appreciated being able to leave my bag after my checkout since my flight was in the evening. and they also called my taxi for me to go to the airport. I came to visit In-Between Ibiza art gallery up the hill which was easy to walk to and soooo beautiful. Highly recommend visiting!! Really magical art and the area is stunning. The walk down to the beach is great too!

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Very nice, helpful staff. Shower was great. Great location for getting out and about.

The room could be better with some hooks to hang things up (bathrobes etc.) either in the bathroom or on the door from the main bedroom/lounge to the bathroom. Another waste paper basket (or similar) in the actual bedroom/lounge area, we had to keep putting any rubbish we had in the bathroom bin. And lastly, we couldn't open all the drawers that were in the room, so had to cram our belongings into the drawers we could open.

We have just returned after a 3 night stay in Ibiza town for my husbands 50th birthday. This accommodation is a real gem, very close to everything you need in the old town, central areas including the marina & port areas. Don't be worried about the hostal references, this has everything a small boutique hotel in a city would offer. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was simple but enough. Beds, linen & cleanliness were very good. The added bonus of a small pool was really lovely to have.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is right in the heart of Ibiza, very close to the center, which made everything so convenient. The entire place was spotless, with a fresh, clean scent at all times. The staff was incredibly polite and always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was filling and delicious, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Every detail was perfect. Highly recommended!

Our stay was perfect—there was nothing we didn’t like! Everything from the location to the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, and the comfortable rooms was exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Hotel is a very easy walk to the start of the Old Town, and just 15 mins in a taxi from airport for less than €20. The staff are fabulous and super friendly. The rooms and general public areas are immaculate and smell beautiful. We were in an upgraded/renovated room with view of pool, so full morning sunshine on your balcony although you wouldn't know until you open the curtains. Rooms the other side would have a lovely view up to walled town so win win. Brilliant sound system, radio at touch of a button built into wall beside bed. Everything worked in the bathroom and the white towels pristine. Breakfast hit the right spot, tea/coffee, cereal, breads, pastries, cold meats and cheese. Breakfast room doubles as a little cafe/bar til 9pm. Little mini fridge with a few options for sale but plenty room to put your own drinks in there too. Built over 2 stories, ask for 1st floor if you're not great with stairs. Didn't use the little pool but had a quick look round and it is very well kept. Perfect affordable base for a lovely trip to Ibiza town. No hesitation in recommending.

I didn't like having to come home...

I have found a litte Gem in Ibiza. This hotel was so close to Ibiza Town and Beaches. The Staff were very friendly. The room was always clean to a high standard. The breakfast was a perfect start to the day. I will be back :)

The one thing was that sound proofing was not great, as I could hear the people above me. However, I had my noise cancellation headphones with me to block the noise out, so if you are Neurodiverse like me, bring them with you. The windows when shut though, blocked out the outside noise , so it was only inside the building was the problem.

You can easily reach the town center walking down a staircase, just in front of the hotel. You can also reach the seafront, walking a little uphill and then down by a staircase, with an amazing panorama. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room was quite comfortable, with an appreciable balcony. Very gentle staff.

Breakfast a little poor, not so various. On the last day I had an early flight and they couldn't prepare bags for me with anything to eat or drink (but breakfast was paid for all the days). There are only 6 sunbeds in the pool. Mattress a bit hard.

Had to book at short notice following flight cancellation and was a relief to find room compact but comfy, Aircon basic but effective and bed slept well. Staff were mega helpful and let me check in early, then store bags and use the pool long after checkout whilst awaiting rebooked flight. Then they also secured my taxi when the app couldn't! Location was also perfect too (quick walk to beach one side and historic town for last minute shopping other side. Excellent.

Would ask for sea facing rooms if poss! My room faced the hill / pool (not very attractive but fine for a few nights). Was also concerned my room 200 was next to stairwell hence could hear every single person coming and going but turned out sliding the door between bathroom and bed blocked out most noise and I slept well so minor gripes.
