Everything about this place surpassed my expectations. I booked last minute as some other accommodation fell through…and I am so glad it did! As a solo traveller I felt very happy here and well looked after. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough. It was the perfect quiet haven after a few days partying on the other side of the island. The small pool was lovely and quiet and I enjoyed taking in the fantastic views just a minute from the hotel. Breakfast delightful too! I will be back :)

Lovely hotel with attention to details. The staff were so nice and always trying to help. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge and very comfortable to spend sometime in the jaccuzi bathtub. The lovely staff left us a surprise desert every day of our stay, they made it really special!

The blankets were very light and when we asked for heavier ones, it seems the hotel doesn’t have. The mattress can be better, but it didn’t bother our stay.

It is just a-ma-zing. I had doubts while booking, as the hotel is located inside the restricted for traffic zone inside the old fortress, but at the end of the day it appeared to be just perfect. If you are into the calm relax time in Ibiza with the possibility to walk inside the castle of 2500 years old, but same time in 5 minutes near all the possible bars/caffes/shops/harbour/supermarket - Mirador D'alt Vila would be the top choice. Not to forget about the Michelin restaurant just inside the structure, the VIP passes for the huge gym, which is in 15/20 minutes walk, and for sure the wonderful and helpful staff. We truly felt like at home.

Would like - but can not find anything to mention.

The hotel oozed old style charm and sophistication so it was in no way flashy - just perfect for a peaceful stay in the old part of Ibiza town. The staff were charming and were faultless in my opinion. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and well furnished, with all the amenities you would expect from a Relais et Chateaux establishment. The pool area is on the small side, but being a small hotel this was not an issue. Breakfast was fantastic. The area surrounding the hotel is part of the old town with pretty walkways and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hill up from the restaurants was not too arduous, although coming up from sea level required me to have a pitstop at one of the pretty bars along the way - so not a problem at all. We also appreciated being picked up from the airport and being dropped back at the end.

As the weather was perfect and the views up in the old citadel were very good, I can safely say that there was NOTHING I did not like

The location, the luxurious boutique feel of the property, and the attentiveness of the staff—who accommodated our every request—made it truly memorable. We were in Ibiza for over a week and had originally planned to split our time between two hotels. However, after experiencing Mirador, we extended our stay there. We simply couldn't imagine a better vibe, service, or location. It was absolutely wonderful.

A beautiful, peaceful location in Dalt Vila. The rooms have soundproofing and great aircon. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to the suite with its own terrace, gym and sauna. The bedding was delightful and everything in the rooms so very clean. It was great to have a courtesy airport transfer and valet parking

Breakfast-we kept having to ask for things on day one and there wasn’t much choice if you don’t eat egg. It didn’t feel like a 5 star breakfast Also just one small bottle of water in the room during the stay seemed a little mean

The staff were amazing, very polite, courteous and accommodating. For example we forgot to change our room sign on the door from do not disturb and they called us to see if we wanted our room servicing. The pool is very small because of the 'old town' location. The food was excellent and plenty of it.

There is nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

Breakfast is great. Excellent food, and sitting out at the front of the hotel on a sunny day is lovely. We loved the location right in the old town. Perfect for exploring the historic area but we also walked to Talamanca beach. It’s all very accessible. Amazing service; staff were so helpful. Anything we needed was done or brought straight away. Would go back just for the service.

Nothing really. The pool is really small but there is nothing they can do about that to be honest due to the location and the historic nature of the building.

Virginia on front desk was wonderful. Warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. All the staff are divine. Special mention also to Carlos who drove us in style at the end of our stay when we could not get a taxi. The location of this hotel is incredible, it is very clean and well kept. The hotel managed to combine exceptionally high standards with a warm, friendly , family feel from the staff. Highly recommend
