This is a classic 3 1/5 - 4 star hotel with friendly and professional staff. 👌 Everything you would expect is there. The large bathtowel is above expectation. It was nice to see the hotel has several 💚 green procedures in place. There is a card to put on the bed if you'd like to use the sheets another night. Easy and clear and it makes the guest feel good about doing something sustainable. Also there are rubbish bags to separate garbage. It is a subtle way to make a guest aware.

It was a very nice stay in the heart of Ibiza Old Town. The room was perfectly clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even though the check-out is at 12pm, they allowed me to use the rooftop to take a shower and use the pool. Location is in the old town and close to the night club Pacha, so when you go out, you're in the heart of Ibiza old town in 5 mins.

It's not I did not like but the location was not easy to access to the beaches if you do not rent a scooter or a car. I've rented a scooter and explored the island but on my first day, it took like 20-25 mins to walk to both beaches Platja de Talamanca and Platja de Figueretes.

It's a lovely hotel with a lovely roof top and bar/restaurant but didn't try the food so can't comment on that. It's a quick taxi to the Hi Ibiza if that is your buzz (€20 with the tip added if you're going there) but after being at such a club, it's a lovely place to chill back too. Also close to supermarkets, restaurants/bars and the marina. Lovely place and close to all you need. Can't say I spent enough time there to really make the most of it but overall, I'd definitely recommend.

Got there and the balcony door wasn't closing and the TV volume only goes to 25%. Balcony door got fixed quick enough. The TV volume is what it is because it is a hotel setting from people abusing it so that's understandable. Otherwise, again, not much at all to fault the place about.

Location is great, sitting behind the ferries for Formentera, you have easy access to both the port and the old town of Ibiza. Value for money was good, there is a small pool and gym upstairs too.

One small irk I had was that they would not provide an iron and ironing board for me. They had a laundry service but that was a bit useless given the immediacy. I found it bizarre that they wouldn't / didn't have one.

The hotel is a short walking distance from the port and the center of Ibiza Town. The hotel has a very nice ground restaurant used for breakfast (Le Relais). Also, the rooftop restaurant (Le Belvedere) is very nice with friendly staff. The pool is right next to it overseeing the port and Old Ibiza. Housekeeping is very efficient in this hotel and rooms and all facilities were very clean.

Our original reservation was for a room with a balcony and garden view with large twin beds. We were first given a room without a balcony. So, we asked to change it. We unfortunately got a room with small twin beds and a balcony facing a residential building where a sex club was located on the ground level. Noise coming out due to that affected our sleep quality.

View with open space and on high floor. Hotel not far from Vara del Re. Hotel could arrange with large carpark in front to make available space for guests with cars.

On day of arrival We were given a super room however it was situated in front of the LIFTS and late night early morning was woken up by rowdy inconsiderate patrons, in no way I fault the Hotel admin. We were allowed a quite room the next day.

Great place very close to the main port and city center. Also very close to the bus station. The swimmimg pool area very nice with umbrellas, clean water. People working at the hotel are exceptional! Friendly and always happy to help. Delicious breakfast served every morning. The room was super clean, small size shower gel/shampoo etc of Rituals are provided every day! I would not look any further, if you wish to enjoy your stat in Ibiza, chose this hotel☺️

Convenient- easy walk to period places.

Not keen on the roadworks outside - hotel could Also be a bit better advertised and visible - I didn’t know it was a hotel until I saw the flags .

An electric cap will make a big difference like in majority of the 4 stars hotel, as I found in the rest of Spain, is not about the money you spend is about a great comfort you may offer to your clients, Thank you!

Rooms are old fashioned but clear. I just saw a strand in the bath. Except of that everything was good about the room. Pool is a bit small but its normal on the roof.

Late check in time. When u arrive to the hotel they are accepting you at 4 P.M. You can see around in the evening times for the first day.
