The hotel went beyond my expectations - whilst they note that check-in only runs until a certain time in the evening, they must be aware that many flights to the island arrive after this cut-off time, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly, even though I was delayed arriving by 1 hour, the hotel stayed open for me, which was a big relief. I really appreciated this. After booking, the hotel invites you to communicate with them via text message or WhatsApp to co-ordinate arrival. The shared bathroom was very modern and quiet, and the room had fully modern air conditioning which is perfect for the humid weather. There is also a wide range of refreshments available.

There was nothing I could really dislike about my stay. If I was being truly picky I would say I would have enjoyed perhaps an extra pillow on the bed, but that's all.

The room was very clean and perfect for one person. The bathroom was also cleaned daily and the common area was kept in order. Loved the AC unit in the room. It felt safe at all times.

I had left something in the mini fridge in the common area but the next morning, the entire fridge was removed. Not sure what happened to it because it was never moved back.

The hostal is located near the old town. Also a beach nearby. The room was basic but nice, value for money for the period i’ve booked. The bathroom also clean. Had a very nice calm stay, with no issues. Would surely go again if ever i go to ibiza as i usually look for a good clean place mainly to sleep. The staffs at the reception were very helpful assisting me to book for a taxi to the airport. Also very responsive on whatsapp whenever they are not at the hostal.

the hotel is in a good location, the room was clean, with the fridge and air conditionning. There is no kitchen but a small space to take a tea. I think the hotel has improved many things and for this price at Ibiza it is good option (even if I think that all hotels are overpriced during summer at Ibiza :)

The noise from the street, no place to store clothes in the room, There was also some problem with the door in one toilet. I am still surprised by very low rating of this place, for me it was quite good.

My single room was basic but clean with a fridge and fan. Shared bathroom was always clean and available. Close to Ibiza Old town and figueretas beach wasa short stroll away.

It was what I expected basic but functional

Nice location. Good size for rooms.

1) Bathroom was not clean enough. 2) Pillowcases are not as comfy as I thought. 3) In general it is quite small the building. I always were bumping into other people.

Just that it is a shared bathroom. That is the only thing.

The room was a lot bigger than we had expected and was very spacious. The furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was a clean room and the shared bathroom was really clean as well. There was a minifridge in the room which was nice. Reception was friendly and communicative. They were really patient with us. The location is great too as it's close to the beach, stores and restaurants, and other buses. The wifi also works very well and the shared amenities (microwaves, kettle) worked.

The hostal is located in an ideal location, close to port area and a 10 to 12 walk to beach. the bus station is a 10 min walk away also. The hostal was exceptionally clean, the room was compact, small single comfortable bed with a fridge and fan, ideal for a short stay. There was tea/coffee facilities also available. The Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing apart from the small bed,, air con would be needed in summer when its very hot.

The place is very comfortable, The location is great as well. The fact that we are using a shared room wasn't a problem, as there are very clear rules and de facto I hadn't any problems with that.

Some people were quite noisy but I feel it is normal as many of the guests are young people.
