Juanita Hostal exceeded my expectations! The Hostel has a perfect location in Old Town Ibiza / city centre, in a quiet street close to popular shops and cosy restaurant streets. We had a room with private bathroom, and the room was clean and lovely. The shared bathrooms were also clean and tidy. We had fully functioning air conditioning and two windows, and we felt very safe the entire stay. The personell at Juanita were all very lovely and friendly, they gave great advice for what to do and see in the city centre, and spoke good English. They also had good wifi and a small common area. Good distance (with taxi) from the airport and the Playa d'Bossa side of the Island.

There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your suitcases.

I really liked the room and the location, it was all super clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was also very new and well taken care of. Also it is literally in the city center so I reached everywhere I needed on foot. Personal was always kind and even got me a coffee, really appreciate it!

It’s worth highlighting that there is no elevator and you may need to go with your luggage up to a 5th floor with the stairs. For me it wasn’t a problem though but I didn’t see this info before arriving.

The property is extremely tidy and there are ladies that clean every day. it definitely looks more like a hotel, in our case with a shared bathroom, than a hostel. It was very silent , the staff was nice and it had ac. We were pleasantly surprised. It was definitely pricey for a hostel but for being so central in ibiza and having such a good service i’d say that it has a good value for money. Would definitely recommend and if I’ll go to Ibiza again i’ll come back😊

It didn’t have a kitchen

Our second visit. Location is great. A quiet street, so it's possible to sleep. A 10 min walk from the bus station, to get a bus to anywhere in Ibiza. 15 min walk to the old town. 5 min walk to the taxi stand. Value for money. Comfy bed, aircon, roof terrace and communal fridge

Not enough hot water in the ensuite room for 2 people to have showers and wash hair. Communal bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. No view from the ensuite rooms. No cups in the rooms for an aperitif. Only 4 coat hangers for 2 people (bring your own!)

The room was very cozy and it had everything needed. The bathroom was not in the room but it was very clean and had towel hooks which is basic but I don't see it often. There were not many people around so it was pretty private like booking a flat. The staff was pretty distracted each time we approached (probably having many requests) but in the end very polite with providing information.

Very good location right in the center, close to supermarkets, close to harbour, old city and castle, 25 minute walk to Pacha. Common bathrooms were always clean, bed linen had fresh smell, cleaning personnel visited our room daily. The roof terrace has a nice view of the castle and it's very pleasant to have coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Oh, did I mention free coffee and milk? They held our luggage after checkout.

We had a problem with our power outlet, since one of the three available (in a room of three) wasn’t working, and tried to come up with a solution with the staff, but we were ignored about it, saying there was nothing that they could do, not even give us one of the extensions they had (that I saw)

Really friendly staff, lovely clean rooms, great price, great location right on the edge of Ibiza old town. Although it's a shared bathroom when you're using it, you have the toilet and shower all to yourself and there are sinks in the bedroom

A little bar or facilities to buy soon beers in the hostel would be nice

Our stay was just awsome 😍 The hostel is right in the city centre, so easy to reach from every place. The room was big and really comfy , we also had a sink inside, it was a nice thing. The toilets are shared but they are big and nice and moreover they are super clean, kept like this by the cleaning staff which is also very kind and efficient. Also the hostel staff was really gentle and nice. We had a little issue with our AC but it was solved in nothing and the help we had was just amazing. Really recommended to everyone 😀

The best part was the staff, they were very kind and made our stay wonderful even before check in and checkout times. The location was very good, close to attractions, restaurants and bars, and to bus stops that made it easy to go around the Island. The room was very nice and clean, with plenty of light.

Sadly there was a construction next to the hotel, but there's nothing they can do about that. Even though breakfast is not being served at the terrace during some months, it would be nice if the place was better taken care of, it looked messy and it's a shame because it is a wonderful place.
