Loved the style, the decor. Very clean and fresh. Felt like 1930’s glamour. All staff were exceptionally nice. Location is excellent on a tree lined, pedestrian avenue. Giving shade to the many cafes outside. Having breakfast at the hotels outdoor area on the avenue was lovely. Rooftop terrace has excellent views. Location is also perfect for walking round the corner to the marina or exploring the many narrow streets of the old town. Would return stay.

Some of the IT systems seemed to be an issue. This didn’t pass on as a problem to us but seemed to make things more awkward for the staff.

The aesthetic of this property is amazing. Every little detail of the lobby, to the hallwalls to the rooms it was all amazing. Best hotel breakfast we have ever had (A La Carte Menu) - get the breakfast bap! Staff were amazing, so lovely to deal with! They left personalised touches in our room with a welcome card and a little treat each day.

They own a beach club - no discount offered as hotel guests. They weren’t too helpful at booking this for us, but we got there in the end! Lovely beach club too! Rooftop was closed for us as we stayed in April but we loved everything regardless!

The room was so comfortable, service was brilliant. It is a beautiful and very clean hotel. We had a lovely stay. They give you beach towels which is such a huge help.

The only thing was the breakfast was disappointing..our eggs were served completely raw. It was quite off-putting, I completely lost my appetite after that. You only get to order one dish, the menu is quite limited & then you get a tiny fruit salad.

Montesol Ibiza is a true gem. The hotel blends historic charm with modern comfort, and its central location makes exploring the old town effortless. The rooms are stylish and thoughtfully designed, and the service was warm and personal throughout our stay. We loved the rooftop for evening drinks and views. Can’t wait to return!

The Montesol was exactly what we needed. We stayed in Ibiza an extra few days after partying all weekend and the Montesol offered a sanctuary for us. It has cool decor, super comfy rooms and a banging breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the island in the days and spending evenings in Ibiza Town.

A swimming pool, however we booked this hotel knowing they did not have a swimming pool so to be expected.

We stayed at yr Hotel whilst visiting for a wedding. The staff were amazing. They helped us with taxis, even took photos for us. They were all so lovely and took an interest into the wedding and asked if we'd enjoyed ourselves. Great customer service. The only disappointment wad that there wasn't a pool.

Not being informed that our room was ready as briefed on check in and then being left in the corridor outside of our room whilst the hotel staff confirmed what room we were actually to be in after checking into the room and finding the welcoming note for a different occupant.

The hotel has amazing central location. The staf was so kind and helpfull, they arranged for us everything that we neded, advised us on great beaches, restaurants, made all the reservations that we asked. The roof top bar of the hotel was definitly an evening to remember. With views of the city, great coctails, great service and an amazing set by a lady DJ- loved it! Highly recomended!

Beautiful interior design with natural materials, ceramics and amazing colours.

The hotel was centrally located and made it easy for us to explore the city, both on foot and by public transport. I would also like to point out the exceptional service provided by the concierge team. Their recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs were spot on and truly enhanced our stay. All the restaurants that were recommended served delicious food and provided an excellent dining experience. The beach club that was suggested was beautiful and had all the amenities that we were looking for. I felt that that concierge team made a genuine effort to ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible.

I didn’t have a good experience with a breakfast service…While I appreciated the selection provided, I found that the service was slow and that food quality seemed to suffer when it was busy. On several occasions, we had to wait a considerable amount of time for breakfast to be served. Also, On the day of our check-out, we requested the hotel staff to book a private car as we had five pieces of luggage and needed the extra space provided by a vehicle, instead of taking two separate taxis. However, upon leaving the hotel, we discovered that the booking was not made and we were left with no choice but to take two separate taxis, which caused inconvenience since we were travelling with kids. It is crucial that hotel staff should ensure that they double-check reservations when they are made.

Check in ran smoothly and the gentleman at reception explained everything there was to know. Breakfast was lovely, with a range of selection on the menu to choose from. I had breakfast included and its definitely worth the extra money to have that in your stay. Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate any of my needs.

Even though I had the luxury of being right in the centre of town, the overall price of my stay was quite steep...I had booked a Standard Double Room for 4 days and although the room was of a high spec and bathroom amazing too, the only window that was in the room was frosted and looked a bit like you were on a ship. When opening the window, the view overlooked the backs of houses of other people, generators, laundry hanging. For paying a price like that, II would have expected a more decent view however it did not affect the comfort of my stay. I would just have preferred a lower rate for a room like that.
