I liked everything about this hotel, the location is great you're just by the beach, you have taxis and buses nearby. The gym is more than enough for a daily workout and you have a tennis court and volleyball court also. The staff is very helpful and nice (Prince, Alicia and many others were always very kind). The cleaning staff is amazing, everything is always clean and smells really nicely; they clean the rooms daily if you don't put the "Do not disturb" sign. The breakfast is good enough you have healthier options which is great. Overall a really good experience.

I really recommend This hotel. The employees were really nice and very helpful. When we arrived at 3am we had dinner waiting and That was a really nice gesture by the staff. Also on the 1st day our fridge wasnt working and it was immediately replaced. Its Those little detaills That make a big difference. The hotel was perfectly clean and the location was Great. The only thing I can say ‘bad’ is the variety of fruits both in breakfast and dinner. Other Than that the food was overall good

Breakfast options were pretty decent. Great proximity to fun areas. And yes, I kinda arrived too early on my check-in date, but the staff still managed to accommodate and check me in... lol

The positioning of the bedside fridge wasn't a very bright idea. But I'm guessing that's because of the room size, so pass.

Lovely hotel, we travelled for our honeymoon for 2 nights and such a lovely surprise on check in they upgraded us to a sea view. Really made it so special for us and can’t thank the staff enough for doing this. What an amazing experience and trip. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony. Fab air con as weather was stifling hot. Lovely clean and spacious rooms, great nights sleep. Thanks so much

Breakfast: Buffet, very nice, great variety. Seating inside and poolside. Room: Huge. Two double beds side by side (we only needed 1, but it meant that the room was massive). Nice balcony area with drying rack built in Location: Across the road from the beach, which you can see from the pool. Also, right in the middle of the bay so can explore bars on either side. Another great bit from the staff: We needed to leave 1 hour before breakfast, but they made sure there were some basics available for us before we left.

Great location, right in front of the beach and at walking distance from all attractions in sant antonio. From the room with the sea and pool view we could admire the sunset and it was great.

Nothing, 2 x nights before we went to 5 star and to be honest the staff here were so friendly and more helfull.

Rooms/furniture are a little dated and could do with an update but this obviously did not affect our stay.

Perfect location. Close enough to San Antonio but not right in the centre where all the noise is! Very friendly and professional concierge/receptionist. Very clean. Nice quiet chilled out vibe. Perfect.

The woman who cleaned and set up the breakfast I forgot her name from Eastern Europe she was very nice and attentive. The front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Ana the hotel manager was amazing. All provided great service. Location was the best for us
