Very clean. Food nice. Kids entertainment staff absolutely brilliant and lots for the kids to do.

Nowhere near enough sun lounges. Only enough for half the hotel. People ‘securing’ their spot around the pool at 5am in the morning and never using them until half way through the day. Hotel should deal with this

The room, food and drink were very good. The staff were all excellent and friendly. The hotel was clean and there were a few nice touches like water in reception and fruit, pastries, cava and juice free there as well.

There were children running around the entertainment room and bar long after the kids entertainment finished ( that was 9) but there was no other bar to use. Check in took a long time despite me doing it online previously. It took over an hour and there was only two people in front of us.

The location by the sea was beautiful. We would spend some time at the pool and then walk down to the beach for the afternoon.

The reception staff were pretty unhelpful. Aside from actually booking you into the hotel they didn’t really help in questions about the surrounding area or had any interest in day to day queries such as a missing towel etc..

Located in a beautiful spot and for a 10 minutes walk is another amazing beach around the cliffs .Room was nice and clean with sea view. Nice food and space to park the car after you fill up some paperwork on reception.

The staff has a very rude and aggressive way to tell you things which was a massive turn off and reason I would never go back again .Specially male staff ,with a totally wrong attitude.

The hotel is just amazing. Staff has been outstanding, our kids had so much fun and not a single issue arose during our stay. All the facilities are working and as new, rooms always clean and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Food variety was ok but the quality really stood out. Moreover, it's 30 min away from almost all the beaches + 10 min from Eularia port (fast ferry to Fuerteventura) + 30 min from Ibiza city. Well done to everyone there and definitely would recommend / go again

WiFi: poor signal reception inside the room and poor speed when connected The room we had wasn't spacious enough for 4 people - when the sofa bed was fully open we could barely get into one side of the bed

The location was stunning and the rooms were spotlessly clean with amazing views out to sea. The staff were all very polite and helpful too.

The pool was small and nowhere near enough sun loungers. We had to sit on chairs away from the pool all week as people were reserving loungers before the pool opened. The “All Inclusive” only had a few items that you were allowed to have at the bar, with all decent beers, spirits and cocktails needing to be paid for on top of supposedly being all inclusive - even bottled water was excluded from all inclusive! The food was very basic and average tasting. We ended up eating out after 3 or 4 days so we wasted our money by paying for all inclusive, I’d go half board if we stayed again.

We really enjoyed our stay overall: the facilities are good, the food was nice, the location is great, and the staff were friendly. The entertainment for kids was also very good.

There was a lack of entertainment for adults — some music by the pool during the day and in the evening (sunset parties for example) would have been very welcome, especially considering it’s Ibiza. It would also be convenient if the direct access to the beach at night could be opened with the hotel key card. Apart from the unpleasant incident with the alarms on two different nights, we had a pleasant experience — it was mainly the absence of outdoor music that we found missing.

The view of our bedroom was just divine. A full sea view, we were delighted by that. The matress was also confortable. The location of the hotel is just superb, beachfront, and the view from the swimming pool and pool bar is gorgeous. You can walk through the beach to get to the village. Nice cozy bars around but it is a quiet area. We got all-inclusive and the food was good with variety. I'd recommend always trying the chef recommendations for dinner.

Lack of background music in the pool area. The bedroom overall would need some renovation/refurbishment to modernise and improve them a little bit. The lifts are the disgrace of that place. The have no up/down button and so they stop often on each floor which made us literally giving up and walking up/down the stairs from the 5th floor during our entire stay. No gym facility available so for those who love to workout on holidays, not the best choice.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach. You can walk to nearby town and restaurants, and also catch the ferry to other parts of Ibiza. SOOOO family friendly.
