Fantastic location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Good selection at breakfast. There were some negative reviews on here and I was a little apprehensive about staying but no need to - the room was clean, good facilities and would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. Cooked breakfast needed to be hotter but selection was good. You need a car if staying here as it’s a quiet resort but I always choose to stay in this part of the island.

All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the head waiter and the staff on reception. The housekeeping services were really good and it was an ideal location for us. Very good choices of food for breakfast and dinner.

The hot food available at both breakfast and dinner was never more than lukewarm - such a shame as the choices were great.

Good position on a lovely beach, on a lovely beach town, with a nice resto and a nice bar. The area is sports friendly, ideal bifor runners, bikers, swimmers. Sister hotel next door is upper class, but this one much better value for money.

A little far from the airport, Ibiza town, attractions, as it is on the North East. Having g a car is obligatory.

Our sole purpose for our trip was to relax and that is exactly what we did . We stayed for one week and it was everything we needed and wanted. It’s set in a cove with a few shops , bars and restaurants with lots of variety. The beach and the setting is beautiful. However if you was travelling for lots of entertainment and things to do then this isn’t the place . The property is quite basic but it had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were amazing, so friendly . The restaurant had a variety of different food choices and we didn’t find any of it warm like some have said . Although we were half board we did eat out in the restaurants outside the hotel some evenings .

I read all the reviews before we booked so we knew there was no kettle/coffee etc in the rooms so we brought our own , that wasn’t a problem but it would of been if we had of arrived and not known . Unfortunately we had an adjoining room and yes you can hear everything in the room next door !!!! We spoke to reception and were moved that very day no problem at all , we were lucky there was another room available if there hadn’t I’m not so sure we would have been so happy. Also the reviews say the hotel is dated we didn’t really think that , if you want more luxury then you pay for it , simple as that . The pool was quite small but wasn’t a problem as you have the beach on your doorstep , you do have to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas but that’s the same on most beaches .

Location was excellent. Quiet little cove, perfect beach. Staff very good in hotel.

How close it was to the beach, the easy going atmosphere. The staff where always helpful and did everything they could to help with all questions. The room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location on a wonderful beach with several good restaurants. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Quiet rooms, comfortable. As we were leaving late in the day they offered us a free room for 30 minutes to shower and change after a day on the beach - fantastic option that I haven't seen elsewhere and much appreciated.

As ever people reserved the best pool loungers with towels and disappeared for hours - didn't see any staff policing this. Pool is only open from 10-1800 (though no-one stopped us swimming at 1830)

Wonderful location, amazing views from the rooms. Extremely comfy bed. Clean rooms.

The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the cleaners every morning from 8am cleaning - so peaceful sleep is not a guarantee. The staff are pleasant enough but not overly friendly. When booking a taxi, for example, we waited for 35 minutes waiting for an update - and every time we asked we were told “we don’t know”, so we were late for our dinner. We understand this was out of their control but some pleasantry goes a long way :) The rooms are a little dated but not something that bothers me.

The pool was too cold which was a shame. The sea was warmer
