Beautiful hotel and location. Very relaxing. Great breakfast and wonderful staff. Shower was amazing!

You had to pay for the beach sunbeds and parasols, room and bed felt a little on the small side for the price. Air con in room wasn’t cold enough.

Incredible hotel and staff! In fact so much so that I’ve rebooked again and return in 3 weeks! This is a gem find and already recommending to friends and family.

One of the best luxury hotels in the north of the island and the whole of Ibiza… super friendly and attentive staff, great amenities nearby, private cove beach and many restaurants to choose from… family friendly and great for those with kiddos… quiet, secluded and well-appointed. Highly recommend and will stay there going forward when returning to Ibiza.

All fantastic

The beach front position was excellent and the beach facilities were well run by the local authorities (€21 per day for two transats and a parasol). The uninterrupted view of the sea from the room was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurants and bars were all very pleasant and willing. It was possible to lunch/dine throughout the day. The menu did not change during our stay but there are several reasonable restaurants within walking distance. Not an area for fine dining however.

The beds were not changed and so after three days we asked reception to have them changed the following day. They were still not changed so we asked the cleaning staff directly, which is not something we expect to have to do. The rooms are very small, with around 70cm between the side of the bed and the wardrobe, and a similar distance between the end of the bed and the narrow desk in front. There was slightly more space (about a metre) between the other side of the bed and the window. The decor is pleasant but basic and little distinguishes the rooms from those of hotels of lower categories. The private transfer from the airport to the hotel (organised by the hotel) was €160 and the outside of the car was not clean. The taxi back from the hotel to the airport was around €55.

Beautifully decorated hotel in a prime seafront location, in a quiet cove. There are a few restaurants along that beach for alternative dining and a number of little shops/mini markets for snacks. The staff were very friendly- I was greeted at check in with a complimentary cava - that was a nice touch.

This is very much a couples hotel - which is fantastic if you are in a couple. As a solo traveller it was a bit lonely but as previously mentioned the staff were very friendly. It isn’t the fault of the hotel at all that I was definitely in the minority being a solo guest.

We booked this as a short mini-honeymoon before the main event and were absolutely blown away. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, a really warm welcome on check in and the housekeeping service also stopped by in the afternoon to see if you needed anything (water, coffee etc). We were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor so had magnificent views but from the hotel layout I think all rooms would have a lovely view! Amazing breakfast choice: omelette station, hot breakfast, pastries, cereals, Mediterranean selection, bagels, fresh barista made coffee! We had dinner on our first night which was also delicious. The pool area was great too, lots of service so you can get drinks easily in the day and a nice chilled vibe by the pool. Also directly next to the beach - we had friends staying elsewhere who asked a local taxi driver to take them to a nice beach and he brought them here! Not too busy and the most stunning clear blue sea. The area is great too, you really could come here and not leave the area at all if you wanted. 2 mini market style shops, several restaurants that all looked great and we highly recommend dinner at the boathouse - 10/10 food and friendly staff. A 45 minute drive to San Antonio if your plans take you that way, and also 35/40 mins to Old Town. Free parking close to the hotel. Even on our main honeymoon we haven’t stopped talking about how amazing this hotel and the area is, everything else struggles to compare! Would absolutely recommend and we will definitely be back 😊

The hotel is right on the beach! You can layout at the pool chairs and go for a swim at the beach. The staff is super friendly. The food is so good! Love the breakfast !

I wish they had more options of activities onsite. Jet Ski you have to take a cap to Santa Eulària

Beautiful aesthetic, fabulous breakfast, clean and comfortable room and extremely pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again!

It wasn't in their control, but we unfortunately had terrible weather while we were there. Nothing they could've helped though so the fault isn't on them.

Amazing staff, beautifully clean room, perfect beach. This really is a fantastic hotel - staff go above and beyond: breakfast is probably the best we’ve ever had in a hotel.

Rooms are a little small

Second visit for me, I love the hotel, beach front with the room looking directly over the beach and the pool. Good breakfast with loads of choices. The air conditioner in the room was good and strong. Excellent room service. Free of charge parking. The reception team was reaand they let us stay as long as we wanted in the pool to relax and enjoy, and they finally gave us another room to take a shower and get ready for travelling, which was really a kind gesture.

Poor wifi in the rooms, although it was good in the lobby. They turn off the balcony lights at 11:00 pm!! The sink in my room did not drain properly. Payed a hefty amount of pounds and I was expecting more.
