We were all inc, food generally very good, pina coladas excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful, resort is fairly quiet which we enjoyed. Beach is beautiful and accessible from hotel by a few steps. Really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

It was fine for us but worth being aware hotel is set on hillside, so outside around pool area there are lots of steps. Portinatx is in the north and there is limited public transport, so if you want to see more of the island hiring a car may be the way to go.

The staff were lovely and the location is stunning.

The lack of space around the pool, the hotel was fully booked and you couldn’t get a sun bed which are packed very closely together. The beach is fantastic but you have to pay €24 euros a day for two sun beds and an umbrella.

The gluten free options were great there was lots of choice food wise

All the outside furniture was hard plastic- no cushions. Not really 4 star sitting on hard plastic all week. The evening entertainment was more like Butlins than Ibiza :(

Beach was one of the best on the whole island and definitely the best in portinatx. Buffet breakfast was extensive (I cannot count on other meals). Clean. Staff were friendly and competent Overall the building, fixtures and decor are on the older side and in need of a refresh but there is nothing specifically wrong

Soundproofing was quite poor - you could hear people walking around upstairs (booming). No shampoo, moisturiser in bathroom (just hand soap and body wash in the shower). I would have expected shampoo at a minimum at a place like this

Everything it’s absolutely amazing that staff are incredible the rooms cleaned every day The food is delicious and varied Danny and Ana are amazing entertainment and the shows each night were good All staff sooo friendly and cannot do enough for you I will be back for sure The beach cove is something else no photo does it justice Fantastic time thanks

The location was good, very close to the beaches The food was quite good as well and the staff were very friendly and helpful The two guys who were in charge of entertainment worked very hard to keep people entertained They are very funny and a credit to the hotel

The room was very small, and there is nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom. We wanted to pay for a late check out but it was not possible. We were allowed to use a hospitality room for showers but were told only 15 minutes allowed for each person which I thought was mean. We had to shower, got changed within these 15 minuses and there was no reason to be like this, the room was quite free the whole day.

Food was pretty good, drincs was tasty. No childrens at the facility were huge advance.

The room for 3 people were really small - it was basicly the room for 2 but with 1 separate bad. Also one specific barmen has a really bad attitude, it was a little bit uncomfortable.

The staff were great, food exceeded expectations (better than any other Spanish food) and it’s the perfect location to have a getaway

The bathroom wasn’t equipped with neither shampoo nor conditioner which was a must with all the salt water. The hotel is a little bit far from the night life which isn’t a deal breaker but something to think about

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and come with a nice little balcony, the spread for the buffets (breakfast, lunch & dinner) were good, the location was also fantastic if you want to be away from the city centre. There is a beautiful beach right below the hotel which is fantastic. The fact that there is an ATM, convenience store and car/bike rental service within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel is really great. All in all, absolutely no complaints about the hotel.

Since it is located around 25-35 mins away from the city centre, the taxis costed around EUR 50 one way. However this is not the hotel’s fault. there is absolutely no fault with the hotel. We had a fantastic stay!

The all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. The entertainment every night was so much fun and the two hotel staff gentleman made it so worth it! The views and the main beach in front of the hotel was out of this world

The pool area is very crowded and has a cheap feel to it. Hotel room was very basic and not worth a 5 star hotel rating. We thought we had the best option with all inclusive just to find out that there are other guests that had other options included and just milking the guests even more for basic facilities on a 5star resort
