The price is good value. It has an immaculate exterior: the white building and the glass balconies are kept spotless clean. The grounds are well-maintained, with walkways, gardens, and building exteriors kept in spotless condition. It gives a good first impression upon arrival. The room is relatively spatious for Ibiza. It offers a full range of services, including several pools, a baby pool, regular play areas, and evening entertainment.

The food is horrendous. They served pig feet stew and severely burned pizza. It's best to completely avoid the hotel's dining package. However, the issue is that nearby stores are also poor in quality, and you’ll need a car to reach a decent supermarket. Flooding has damaged much of the furniture in the room. The fridge is in terrible condition—so rusty it looks like you could get tetanus just from touching it. The Guinness pub at the hotel entrance causes both noise and cigarette smoke to drift into the room through the balcony. Overall, the area is quite remote, leaving you stuck with very limited and unappealing options. There is no parking at the hotel, and given the busy area, you end up parking in a flooding canal nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay in the resort. Staff was really nice and friendly; it was clean, and the all-inclusive had a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. The beach is only a few meters away and you can go between the pool area and the sea without any problem. San Miguel is far from Ibiza town, so factor that in.

Porto San Miguel is a quiet area of Ibiza... maybe too quite :)

First of all, it's a family oriented hotel. Lots of kids and facilities for them. If you're looking for a couple getaway, this might not be my preferred place BUT, Port San Miguel is a beautiful location and given the kids facilities, the beach was pretty empty. Unfortunately, we had to leave before the reserved time due to a health urgency (we had to take a plane back home) and the staff was IMMENSELY understanding and empathic and refunded the corresponding time we didn't stay (we left 3 days before the plan). SO I'm really grateful with them. Also, if they make a reservation for you in a nearby restaurant, as a hotel guest, you get a discount.

It's really hard to park there. The are can get really pacjed and finding a space is a matter of luck and patience. I guess the hotel could offer parking for their guests in the future.

I booked a 1 Junior Suite with Mountain View, the room size and quality was great. I also liked that the resort has several pools: pool for kids only, adults + kids, and adults only. The all-inclusive deal comes in handy as there aren't many places to eat around the area, and you do save some money. The beach is steps away from the resort, which is great!

I booked 1 Junior Suite with Mountain View. When stepping out on the balcony, it is very loud on that side. AC's are blasting outwards, and the washing machines are in the basement, which you can hear. It is quite unpleasant, so I could not enjoy the balcony.

The appearance, facilities, closeness to the beach, helpful staff and food

Everything regarding the hotel itself was perfect. However, the first 2 nights I hardly slept as there is a bar called Caseys by the hotel's entrance and the music was loud. Even though it was on the front and our room was set back, I could hear the words of every song. Apparently they have an all night party to close the season so there was music playing until 7am. Awful and such a shame for the hotel. It should not be so close. Once it shut the remainder of the holiday was very peaceful.

We loved the location, close to the sea/beach. The pools were good (one for kids, one for adults plus splash pool for smaller kids. we didn’t do all inclusive but were able to eat at the canteen after paying for a given evening. The animations were ok, kids animation, evening enterntainment. We could use a hotel parasol for the beach. The aircon worked.

The cleaning lady came early (around 8-9) when we were still sleeping sometimes. The kitchenette was basic lacking bowls for instance (we had breakfast in the room) The rooms felt like they needed an update, metal parts in bathrooms were rusty, there were humid patches on wall.

Beach right next door, really clean hotel with rooms cleaned beautiful everyday and fresh towels left Pool and entertainment were excellent. Staff were lovely

The air condition didn’t work properly which really impacted our stay with a small baby. We asked them to look at it and to my knowledge they did not.

All inclusive , great variety of options including drinkable wine and cocktails. Adult pool. Bliss. The pool bar manager- excellent customer service.

Strange attitude from the receptionist. Not unfriendly but just seemed like she wasnt really there. She gave me really confusing directions on check in to get to my room so i had to come all the way back and ask again. My room hadnt been cleaned properly from the previous guests , which considering we are still in covid era is not really good enough. There was a big mound of sand under the shelf in the kitchen. There was a tube of ladies hair conditioner left on the shower soap tray. There was no gel in the dispensers entering dining areas.

Good swimming pools for children and families plus an adults pool. Nice hotel complex but small. We enjoyed our short family stay. Drinks were cheap. Had a couple of supermarkets near by and a couple of restaurants.

Snack bar could offer more and breakfast / dining options could be better. Very small resort, not much around so you need a car as you would get bored here for a week or more. Nice beach a stones throw away. Kids entertainment needs improving.
