Fantastic stay in the North of the island with wonderful views and impeccable health dedicated theme. It is a perfect place to reconnect with yourself while immersing yourself in the luxury services that they offer.

Our room has been cleaned after 3 pm on 3 out of 4 nights that we were there. Even though we complained and asked for this to be managed better, we had to actively chase the team via app, phone and in-person until resolved. The team can do better st providing feedback on the raised issues. Although breakfast is outstanding in some areas, a richer choice of veggies and vegan options.

Everything was splendid, Staff is amazing, dinner was awesome, Junior suite is a dream...The breakfast is incredible, the thing is we got served cold coffee, we asked a 2nd one warm which was also served cold. We ordered Pancakes after our meal and the waiter said after 10 minutes they were not available anymore, so he offered the wafels which great to us, and the again after 10 minutes he said they were not able to serve them as well ( we ordered everything at 10.30 a.m. when breakfast was still open) Off course not a drama, but we felt there was no management around and they were forgetting about us, which makes the experience a bit different...We live around the corner and we would love to come back next month again as the whole experience the Hotel offers is really good ! What to improve: check-in and check-out should be faster and online/app available Breakfast: add more cut fruits and berries and leaves for fruitarians and raw vegans Tea: good to have some herbal, roiboosh, mint. 3 types of tea with caffeine and only camomile as alternative is not the healthy lifestyle hotel choice. Beach needs some stairs, rails instead of the rope to the water. Remove all day pool music and loud sport music from 8am, people come here to relax, enjoy the nature sounds and views, connect to themselves, those who like music go to different hotels. That’s the opinion of many clients we talked to. Everything else — amazing. Program of activities is the best and impressive (yoga, walks, lectures, ayurveda, rituals, scrub making etc). Coffee station in room and at breakfast amazing. Vallet parking included — good. Pool, spa, infrared sauna — all good. Room above expectations with all the high tech control from the app. Install the app!

Amazing breakfast, a beautiful location with marvellous sunsets. The service was great, and there were good opportunities for relaxation, sport, baby sitting, etc.

Ridiculous upselling, after we had to pay a large price for the room already. Expensive water by the pool, and simply everything overpriced and marked up. Price value for money can not be justified. We could see a lot of signs of usage already on the hotel, for that price one expects perfection.

Gorgeous cliff top location and very stylish decor. My room had a fabulous view. The highlight of my trip was the Rose Bar, I had a call with Christina before I arrived, she created me a bespoke programme for my stay and it was exactly what I needed. Everything was amazing and her & colleagues made me feel at ease. Energy session with Judith was very powerful.

The food was only ok and expensive. Service was touch and go at breakfast, each morning I asked for milk for my coffee 3 times. The spa experience was average relative to the amazing Rose bar. Agree with others that a full length mirror would be handy in the bedroom.

everything about this property caters for the guests. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. the location is stunning and the facilities are beautiful.

Due to the expense of staying at a property like this, it can attract a slightly entitled person. My only negative point was having to witness the rudeness of some of the guests to the staff. who, by the way, smiled through it all.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was just a dream and so was the rest of this lovely hotel. Starting at the beautiful location, to the tasty food, and the very attentive staff, we felt very pampered the entire week.

There were a few problems with housekeeping, but nothing major and it was very easy to handle thanks to the app.

The staff and the service was great. The sea view from the pool is wordless and the sunset is amazing. There are some places in front of the beach you can stay and the view is incredible. They offer snorkeling too. The gym is really big, very good equipments and there is a personal trainer at your disposal. The room we stayed was really big, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was really good. They offer plenty of activities to do, from yoga to guided walking around the island.

At our first night we had a long wait to have dinner. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, but 2 of them were closed. We were not informed about that and we ended up going to the closed restaurants. We waited for around one hour to have dinner on the only open restaurant. There was a dog poop in the garden of our room. I believe it was there for a while and after two nights there the poop was still there. This was very disappointing. One day at the pool we requested a bottle of wine and sushi, after one hour waiting we spoke to the waiter and they had forgotten to register our order.

Staff were impeccable and so attentive without being pushy. The food was amazing everywhere we ate. The spa was lovely and grounds of the hotel are so beautifully maintained and green. We got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon and our room was just perfect. We had the best stay ever, we’ve wanted to come for years and can’t wait to come back.

Only minor complaint was that there were a few ants in our bathroom.
