The food was outstanding! The breakfasts catered for everyone. Traditional English through to continental and vegan/healthy. Luches and dinners were fabulous. A different theme every day. The pool areas and bars were very nice. The children's entertainers were lovely.

Not enough hooks! I have an obsession about this. In the whole apartment, there was just one wall hook - in the bathroom. A couple of hooks in the entrance Lobby at least would have helped. Nowhere to hand anything. My long dresses had to be hung from the mirror. The walk up to our apartment from the main area was tough! If you're fit and young that's fine, but we're in our 70s.

The apartment was very tidy and newly renovated (we rented the newer ones, instead of the older ones with sea view). It had a central AC system, so both the main room and living room were very cool (instead of just having one AC unit). The AC broke at one time, but they came right away to fix it (it was a broken fuse). The pool was great, with music and animation for the kids (ping-pong, drawing, darts, etc), very entertaining. Plus a family activity every night. The food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner. Every night dinner was a bit different, so something new to taste. It also included water (and flavored water), which wasn't the case in other half-board hotels we've been to. The staff was very nice and professional, always willing to help. Overall, a great hotel!

A nitpick, really, but it would've been nice to have a kitchen sponge and soap, instead of having to buy one.

If I could only express my gratitude for the existence of such magnificent apartments like this in San Miguel. When you step in you start thinking just about happiness and Beauty of this world. Exclusive apartment with all inclusive. I would name it ultra all inclusive. You can enjoy not only delicious food but also amazing drinks and cocktails and even ice cream. We were overwhelmed with the variety of beautiful everything! We stayed just for one night and we were lucky to enjoy the evening program and animation both for kids and adults. We also were happy to have a walk nearby. There is a wonderful cave just some minutes away from the apartment. Still the views of the sea make you speechless. I think the best way to get here is by taxi. The service was from this hotel and it was exclusive. It's definitely worth visiting. The quality of everything is maybe the best in Ibiza. Be sure to find at least 3-5 nights to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. From the local beach with crystal clear water take a walk to Torre des Molar where the views are breathtaking. I will do my best to come back here. Thank you.

The only thing to improve is only for those who fall in love with this place. We would love to spend many nights here.

Apartment was very spacious with a double balcony , bedroom, kitchen/ living area and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area which was very pretty . It had two swimming pools , well tended gardens and the food in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The resort of Puerto San Miguel is very pretty with a family friendly beach and walks through pine forests.

The apartment complex is situated on a hill and about a 10 minute walk from the beach . There are also a lot of steps around the complex. If you have issues with mobility ask for an apartment around the pool near Reception where there are fewer steps .

The location was great close to the beach and bars .. our first room was very dated and a 3rd bed had been dropped in the middle of the room to accommodate 3 of us making it impossible to cook etc .. however after speaking to reception they moved us to a more updated room looking over the pool great service

It was very hilly.. fine for us but if you have mobility issues may not suit as there are no lifts and the hills are steep! 2 pools are lovely however both allowed kids.. would be better if one was a kid pool and one an adult as hard to swim when kids are playing everywhere!

Location is amazing, less than 5min walk to the beautiful San Miguel beach. The apartments are freshly refurbished, spotlessly clean and ours had a great view of the pool and mountains. They were cleaned every day. The entertainment was perfect for us. We have two young children but don’t like the massive, overpopulated kids hotels. This hotel had a lovely little mini disco on every night plus kids games and activities through the day. Our six year old was enthralled by the two ladies who ran the kids club and took part in everything!

I thought the pools could do with an uplift. They were fine, but basic. The pool at the top of the hotel is definitely worth a visit if you’re staying at the lower part - views are spectacular.

Lovely location in the quiet and picturesque Puerto San Miguel. Good facilities, pool, beach nearby, easy parking. Just 20-30 mins from everywhere on Ibiza by car.

The Breakfast (optional extra) was disgusting, don´t even be tempted! Coffee machine didn´t work properly ( I got hot chocolate and coffee mixed!!), the scrambled eggs tasted of fish and olive oil, sausages a disgrace, etc. Eat out.

Nice place with swimming pool and clean apartment

I have experienced much better open Buffet، food was almost the same everyday, location was far away from the party life so if you don’t have a car probably it’s too far for you. Also parking was a problem, every night you have to drive around the hotel to find parking and people park randomly everywhere

Overall the hotel had everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable holiday. The food selection was just right, not masses but just enough of the right things for everyone. The hotel and rooms were spotless and well look after, all the staff seemed to work hard.

Nothing major not to dislike, you could say elements of the hotel were dated, but I think they are working through a modernization Programme, and the top section is slightly detached from the main part. If they invest over time it can become a lovely retreat.

If you plan on travelling to busy area for clubbing etc it's not far like 30/40 min depends on traffic We get used to this just the cost of it if you go there often there and back Other than that we all happy
