We had the most relaxing holiday at this hotel. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a massive variety of fruit, cheeses, meats, oats, freshly baked bread/cakes. Fresh eggs and bacon are cooked to order however you like them. Also crepes and waffles are freshly made to order. The dinner buffet is just as exceptional. There are two pools, the main one faces the sea, the second has a more relaxed vibe. We stayed at the quieter pool throughout our stay. The sun loungers are very comfortable and they offer double or single loungers. The shop is a 2-3 min walk away and sells everything you could need for your stay. We took a pirate taxi from the airport. It cost €80. The taxi back to the airport was only €50 as the reception booked this locally for us. If you’re going try something new in your stay, I strongly recommend going on the 2 hour paddle boat trip included with the hotel. The cocktails here are the best, especially the Moscow mule, a must try. Also try the sea food restaurant on the main beach. The best in Ibiza, the seafood paella is delicious. I would especially like to thank the reception staff who went out of their way to make my birthday extra special by putting cake and bubbly in our room as a surprise. We will definitely be back.

Often 2 different sets of music playing when eating at night in the upstairs restaurant. One that you can hear in the restaurant itself and one from downstairs. A bit annoying. Did point this out to staff but it continued. Music around the pool in the afternoon was a bit full on!

Most of the staff were very friendly. A la carte food was amazing! Very calm environment - perfect for relaxing. Beachfront - the beach is beautiful Activities happening - wine tasting, painting classes Comfortable bed Rooms felt private We reserved a pool view room but actually got a pool and sea view - ask for any rooms start with a 2 or 3. (Rooms starting with 1 have a pool view but also a car park view!) Drinks were all nice - cocktails made really well!! All inclusive is definitely worth it - most drinks included (not premium like whispering angel etc), the a la carte food is included and you can have that for lunch and dinner

Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is of a low standard considering the other aspects of the hotel are a high standard Couldn’t extend check out time past 13:30 The room key is in the form of a bracelet but if it gets wet it stops working!

GREAT CHOICE OF TWO POOLS BOTH WITH REALLY COMFY BEDS AND GREAT SERVICE WITH FOOD AND COCTAILS . GOOD LOCATION TO DRIVE TO SEE ALL THE BEAUTIFUL NORTHERN BEACHES .NICE CHILLED ADULTS VIBE WOULD DEFINATLY COME AGAIN

This hotel is the best kept secret in Ibiza. Since finding it in 2023, visiting the island 3-4x per year from NYC, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Brand new, clean, beautiful, fantastic location on the water, great value, top breakfast and wonderful staff. Can’t wait to return. (And we’ve staying everywhere from Nobu, Oku, etc)

Literally everything.

Everything was sublime- really welcoming staff on the front desk and throughout the hotel. Welcome drink, clean and comfortable room with a terrace, two clean pools at a perfect temperature. A 30 second walk to the beach, all with easy access to the Siau’s loungers and towels. The reception staff were very accommodating with providing a paddle board, booking taxis and providing a shower room before heading to the airport. Breakfast is a very tasteful buffet with lots to choose from, fresh juices, attentive staff. Overall, the hotel has an incredibly relaxing yet luxurious atmosphere without any of the staff being overbearing. The surroundings (forests and the bay) are a nice change from the rest of Ibiza, but it is still easy to access the rest of Ibiza if you wish.

Lovely location, very quiet and lots of natural beauty to explore. We liked that the pool was salt water but it was significantly colder than the sea. The beach was lovely with crystal clear water.

The breakfast was delicious but there could have been more variety and they cold do with more vegetarian options. Service around the pool was a little confusing at first, a guide would have been very helpful. The pool was a little crowded and loud at times, there was one day where we could hear the music from the hotel from the beach so would avoid the pool if you're after a quiet break.

Great location for a quiet relaxing holiday . Very high standards of cleanliness. Helpful and good humoured staff . On a picturesque beach . Incredible views . Excellent breakfast buffet . Comfy beds . Great pools . Lots of sun-beds . Great pool service staff . Live music in the evenings was a very high standard and very enjoyable. Open air cinema night excellent.

Has the potential to be excellent. Dinner options let it down in my opinion. We were offered a set price either 50 euro or 80 euro ( if meat was added ) for a self serve buffet or A La carte in the other restaurant but the options were poor . We headed out instead . Some details were still unfinished ( door locks ) and the beach access stairs often locked and despite getting keys recoded never opened which led to a frustrating long walk to the alternative access point back to the hotel . However these are all easy fixes and I’m sure once addressed will level this stay up . I would be very happy to return to this hotel.

Beautiful setting, wonderful views. Buffet breakfast and dinner at Paseo restaurant was delicious. Capirinha cocktails for dinner was superbly made. Excellent Housekeeping, so clean and tidy. Hotel has multiple swimming pools and easy beach access with deck chairs. Very relaxing beautiful place. Staff drivers who bring you your car from the outside carpark and take your bags to the room are efficient and proactive, friendly and skilled drivers.

Food at poolside didn't taste good at all, really needs improvement. Internet in room needed daily sign on. Reception unable to assist with sending your postcard to Malaysia even when you can pay for service. Some staff are inexperienced. One didn’t know location of gym as it was their first day as well. Breakfast food was not well labelled so no idea which was vegetarian and which had pork in it.

Beautiful place with stunning views, everything felt classy and clean and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were outstanding and really looked after us, especially our copious glasses of cava round the pool😁 The food was outstanding and plenty of options at the buffet, with day time food either round the pool or a la carte was always delicious - especially the calamari! The pool was wonderful and clean with plenty of beds and not feeling crammed in, with the beach close enough to just go for a quick dip in the sea and back. Amazing room with comfortable bed and the balcony was a pleasure to sit out of an evening; cleaners came daily and kept it lovely and clean. Music plays throughout the day which gives it a lovely atmosphere and in the evenings live entertainment was very tasteful and a joy to watch/listen too. As we were mum and daughter staying we felt wholly comfortable throughout our stay and very relaxed by the end!

At one point in our stay the hotel had a big party of important guests which meant the staff were focused on them and service a little slow but it didn’t detract from our stay and love of the staff. There is an Irish bar nearby which can’t be helped but the noise does travel over in the evenings if they are having a party, this wasn’t too much of a bother for us but you were aware of it.
