Newly renovated, looks like the pictures and our room as well as other areas like the pool, restaurant and lobby are very beautiful. There was always some nice house music playing by the pool which we liked and even DJs on Friday & Saturday. Staff was very nice and always helpful especially Nicola when we had questions regarding the safe and rented car. There’s a big parking space from the hotel you can use.

The standout features of this hotel are the stunning decor and top-notch facilities in the common areas. The reception area is beautiful and spotless, and the central hub has hanging chairs, beanbags, sunbeds, tables and chairs, and a well-stocked bar. The waterfall-style pool is gorgeous. The free breakfast buffet every morning is a fantastic perk. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and offers great value for money. Plus, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are impressive with balconies and excellent cleaning service.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The beds only had a thin sheet for cover, with a spare blanket in the room. It can get quite cool at night, so a duvet would have been much better. The main issue was the constant noise of a dog barking all night from the neighbouring flats, which kept our party of six awake. We understand this can't be helped, but it was quite disruptive. Additionally, the mini fridges in the rooms have bright lights that shine on your face as you sleep. We had to turn them off every night, so an integrated fridge would be a better option.

Hotel has a great location, it's outside of the busy and noisy San Antoni centre, but at the same time 5to10 minutes walk until the port and center. On the small alley streets we always found parking, so we didn't have to pay 15€ for the parking that the hotel offered ( it's a little bit pricey for a day). The hotel room was super clean, breakfast was good, with enough options for everyone to find something they like. Only suggestion would be,to invest in some small coffeemakers for the rooms, it would be very much appreciated. The coffee at breakfast is not the best either. Receptionist girls were really helpful, overall was a nice experience!

Rooms were clean, spacious and had everything you might need such as a fridge, a hob and cutlery. The food served by the pool was very good and made the trip so much easier knowing you could order food while chilling round the pool rather than going out everyday for meals if you wanted. The cocktails were also very high quality and good value for money really too considering how nice they were and the drink options they had. The breakfast was also very good too and fresher and tastier than a number of all inclusive style hotels I’ve stayed in previously. The staff were also very friendly and worked non stop during the day to cater for whatever you might need and delivered food and drinks to your sunbeds if you needed.

The only slight issue is that it can get very busy round the pool as the day goes on some days and if you’re not coming out to the pool till early afternoon, chances are you might not get a sunbed. However this only affected one of our days and we just took a short walk down to the beach instead that day.

Situated away from the main part of the town, it is close enough to walk everywere you want to walk. The pool area was very nice and the food was good. Nice hotel in San Antoni de Portmany.

Beds were very uncomfortable, materaces definitely require to be replaced. Instead of one double bed we had two small beds set together. The rooms are not quiet, all doors were making very loud sounds due to auto colsing devices used and people were entering and leaving their rooms non stop - of course, it's Ibiza. It's really difficult to get some decent sleep there because of that. Not blaming the hotel, but we were also unlucky to experience a visit of large group of British tourists who were drinking and fighting on the corridor two nights in the row until the receptionist called the police. They need to hire a security guard, we were concerned about our safety and the reception was not able to address the problem without professional support.

Check-in desk is open 24 hrs making late arrivals a breeze and is completed in 3 easy steps. Give reservation information, pay the tax/ in case of damages fee, scan your passport. At this time your given a fan and TV remote as well as the WIFI pass which is casit@ blanc@. The TV has all streaming services that you can use your own personal log ins on. If your sceptical like me you can also cast from your phone to the TV via scanning a QR code on the TV. Which doesn’t require you to log onto any of your accounts on the TV. The room was nice. Fully air conditioned, with added ceiling fan. Clean. Spacious and equipt with nessesitys like hairdryer, glasses for water, plates, cups, a kettle, microwave, towels (replaced every day). Staff helped us call taxis, informed us about the hotel, friendly, got us another key card, helped out when my friend got stuck in the toilet. There was also such a nice man who checked us in and re told us lots of information we stupidly forgot like the WIFI pass. He came up to our room and gave us it again.

There’s nothing not to like. It’s fantastic. The staff are very helpful. The rooms, the pool, restaurant and bar area are kept clean. the decor of the hotel is beautiful. Great choice of breakfast and staff are lovely. Entertainment around the pool was great. The Dj is fantastic. Lunch and main meals were so tasty and good value. If we needed taxis the reception staff would order them for us and we’d wait no longer than 5 minutes. It’s walking distance to a couple of local supermarkets, and not too far to the port or other sights like Cafe Mambo. We loved it and would recommend it. We’ll be coming back.

All brand new and absolutely immaculate, the rooms were better than the photos which is rare when booking somewhere to stay, the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you,the breakfast was exceptional and the atmosphere around the pool was so relaxed.

Only the fact they don’t provide towels around the pool and your not allowed to take your coffee and teas back to your room whilst you get ready after breakfast. Our first room the room wasn’t very private (Terrace) our second was better but still looked into someone else’s balcony but this is minor and can be fixed,just request not to have these rooms if you want privacy. A pool view would probably be best.

The hotel was perfect location to everything. 10 minute walk to golden Buddha, 10min drive to Pikes, everything is very assessable. It was stylish and clean aesthetic. Easy to get sunbeds nobody is claiming them in the morning with their towels. You just rock up when you’re ready. Chilled house music around the pool. The pool as a disco ball above it. Everyone in the hotel seems to be late 20s+ so no loud groups of teens. It’s a very chilled spot. Breakfast was incredible, lots to chose from, from full English to fruit and yoghurt. Incredible menu for lunch, reasonably priced.

The pool/bar/restaurant area was beautiful, having been recently renovated, with plenty of space, comfortable loungers, two pools and shaded seating. The food was AMAZING, breakfast was the usual buffet but the lunch/dinner items were delicious and really good value. It’s in a great location just 5-10 mins from lots of restaurants, the bus station, supermarkets and the main strip. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.

Only complaint would be the two single beds pushed together - as a couple it would’ve been nice to have a double bed
