Super clean and we maintained, towels and linens had a wonderful fragrance. No dirt or hair behind doors or accumulated dust on fixtures.

The internet is not password protected, and bogged down. So I could not do my online classes for two days of my stay work especially on Friday No iron. Or coffee maker, but thankfully I travel with my own.

One might be set back by the looks of your room. To my surprise the room had everything but a coffee pot or electric kettle. The microwave did the job though. The floors , thank goodness were not carpet, the bedding out of date but clean, the bed was comfortable enough. The entire room was clean. The price was reasonable. We will stay there again when we come to see family in Collins.

The place was quiet but very nice. The room was CLEAN, the beds were comfortable not stiff, and the staff was polite. The restaurant Habaneros right next door had good food at a pretty good price. It was a great room for the price and definitely will stay there again. Didn't care if there wasn't a breakfast even.

That more hotel owners don't clean as good as these guys.

The room furnishings were very nice with a good size refrigerator and microwave. The room was very clean. I have stayed in room that cost more than twice the price and were not 1/3 as nice.

The only thing was it is right on the highway and I am not used to the traffic sound.

The property was well maintained and kept up. The staff were awesome and cleaned our room since we were there multiple days and put clean towels in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

Best $69 motel room I ever stayed at. Big room. Excellent king mattress. Very big refrigerator and a small microwave. Bathroom was immaculate. Clean as could possibly be. Looked to be recently remodeled. Very hot water for a hot deep soaking bath. A/C worked perfectly. Bright lights outside kept my car well lit up. Ask for room 152 if only one or two people. Terrific inexpensive mexican restaurant next door.

Facilities were limited to a soda machine, ice machine and a basketball hoop near the driveway. No coffee pot in the room or the lobby. But all things considered it was perfect for me for only $69 and that included tax.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was clean and safe place to stop for the night.

The ac didn’t seem to cool down very well but it we were under a heat advisory. It could have been the weather too

Very clean and the beds and pillow are very comfortable. There is plenty of hot water for good shower.

There isn’t a coffee pot to heat up water for instant coffee or tea.

Had all I needed and the staff was very kind. Will return again if The Lord tarries. God bless this business🙏😊🌷

Price was a bit high for such a small town and I should get rewarded free nights sometimes seeing I check in so often. You know like a Rewards Program

Location: gas stations, fast food/ restaurant and a dollar store across the street. No need to buy ice as a traveler they have plenty and lots of parking spaces also lots of lightning in the parking lot.
