The breakfast was great!

What I didn't ;like was when we were getting ready to packup and leave the room a staff member just unlocked our bedroom door didn't knock and just walked on in. we turned around and looked at her and stated, "oh I was just checking. We did not appreciate that, we could have been undress, before you enter a room, you should knock first and no one says anything then you may enter.

Very clean, comfortable with all the nice extras we could have needed.

There was a restaurant on site with a breakfast buffet. The cost was $12. We were fine with trying it, as we would have paid that much almost anywhere else nearby. However, the buffet was basically a smaller version of what most hotels serve as their free breakfast. Visually looked just like most hotels’s free breakfast area, except that someone brought your drinks to the table.

Everything was great at the hotel with an A-1 staff. Lisa was awesome!

The only problem I had was with Booking.com. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds with you and you turn around and send it in to Holiday Inn as a single bed reservation. You did the same thing to me last month at the Microtel Inn in Hattiesburg. I thought it was just a honest mistake the 1st time, but you did it again this last time. If it wasn’t for a young lady with a double queen room that only needed 1 bed, I would have been stuck w that room. I don’t trust and refuse to use booking.com anymore. You are reserving rooms with deceit! Very unhappy with booking.com!

Location great.

Upon arrival which was a few hrs before we had to be ready for a wedding, we were told we couldn’t check in for another hr. When we returned we were told we could not check in at all. The manager came and made everything right.

Great location. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Everything was GREAT!!

We had rooms 528 and 530 on 8/30 for one night. Whoever was tasked with cleaning those rooms was POUNDING on our doors and attempting to enter the rooms at 9:15 am!!!! Checkout is not until 11:00 am!! She was rude and unapologetic. Unacceptable!

I loved having a top floor and having a quiet, unbothered stay without sleep interuption.

The bathroom had minor issues. The toilet worked fine the shower was fantastic but, the hair dryer was sticky and the mirror light kept flickering like a horror scene from a movie when we tried using it. However, the standard light worked fine.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

Shower door leaked. Water restricted shower sucked. Very weak water pressure. No complimentary breakfast. If I go back to H-burg I’ll probably choose The Hampton Inn

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall my expectations were exceeded. The only issue was our AC unit malfunction in the middle of the night but we were so tired, we were able to sleep through it.

This hotel was cheaper than the others for Memorial Dat weekend so I was skeptical. However, upon arrival, I noticed the hotel was exceptionally clean with updated facilities as well as a bar/restaurant. Once I walked inside of the room, everything came together with comfortable beds and clean bathroom and floors. The staff at the hotel were great as well and made the stay that much more pleasant…overall great stay

It was clean, friendly staff.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but, was ok. Not very good lighting to put makeup on when getting ready. Our room was on the 3rd floor and super early we were awakened by a family of 8 kids in the pool being very loud. Also my two breakfast vouchers weren't given to me at check-in. I had to go down the next morning and ask about them. The waitress or whatever you want to call them at the restaurant for breakfast we're not attentive and kinda rude. Checkout is 11:00am and at 10am my friends were run out of their room by housekeeping and had to come to our room with all their luggage before leaving! We pay to stay from check-in 3pm to checkout 11am. Do not rush people!!!
