The staff was friendly and helpful. The girl at the front desk did a wonderful job considering how busy they were, and she was working alone. There was a hot breakfast, with lots of choices. The room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter.

Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff that was helpful with all we needed. The room was nice and clean. Just as pictured. And having a nice restaurant right out the back door was excellent.

The air conditioner didn't go below 70 and the staff are having a maintenance man check it out.

Bed was very comfortable, not too soft (I like a HARD bed). Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Location was easy to get to. Elevator worked smoothly and quick. Was a quick overnight stop on the way to our vacation destination.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was great.

That booking did not fix my reservation after I called customer service and I didn't get what I was confirmed to get. In turn I had to get an additional room to accommodate my family and they did nothing to help with that when it was all their fault!! I will never use booking again! They do not make things right when they mess up a reservation! Bad customer service!

I’ve been trying to find a hotel that was clean , had friendly staff and was close to my daughters college so when I come to town i could stay at the same hotel each time. I’ve tried 4 hotels and this hotel was the first one that I was impressed with. I will definitely be back and share with the other moms. Thanks so much for the positive experience. I had the best time. 😃

Breakfast could've been better. Wasn't a fan of the eggs/cheese omelet and no biscuits nor grits. Only "hot" food was the eggs, sausage and oatmeal.

Breakfast items! But coffee was good. Bed was little too soft . Will bring my own pillow last time

Booking.com took our card, but didn’t pay it at reservation in advance like stated. Had to pay at hotel in full

The pool was very green and looked like slime. More upkeep with their pool would be my recommendation. We were looking forward to a nice swim on our stay but the pool was no swimmable.

I stayed in room 226. It was not the hotel fault but the people above us walked all early morning. The ceiling literally shook everything they moved around the room above us!

PRICE BEFORE COVID THIS ROOM WAS 100 IM SURE THERE ARE BUSINESS ACCTS THAT CAN STAY AT 100 STILL REGULAR PEOPLE CANT EITHER, I TRIED TO BOOK ON BEST WESTEWR SITE AND USE MY POINTS THEY SAID I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH POINTS AND DID NOT OFFER A REDUCED RATE AND USE MY POINTS, WHEN I LOOKED AT THE REGULAR RATE BOOKING.COM BEAT IT 20 $ SO MUCH FOR MY PREFERED MEMBERSHIP AND POINT USAGE
