I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The only minor downside of my stay was the breakfast. There were no tomatoes, cucumbers, or other greens available. Even though bacon isn’t very healthy, it’s still nice to have it with eggs, yet it was only served once a week. The only healthy option was scrambled eggs, while the rest of the selection focused mainly on waffles and syrup. A more balanced offering would have made the breakfast better.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and it was centrally located. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping made our beds every day. Staff was friendly.

The pool was closed during our stay. The room was pretty small too (we are a family of 5). This hotel is a pet friendly hotel and they let pet owners bring their dogs to the breakfast area where other guests are having their breakfast. Some dogs were smelly and we could smell the bad odor while having breakfast.

When we checked in the Major Credit Card I use would not work because the wrong information was entered and could not be changed on the reservation. We were finally checked in,

The following night we returned after being at an event to find our luggage and belongings moved and stashed in the hotel manager's office and everything from clothes to prescriptions unavailable because the change in reservation was not for the original two days but one day and the manager was angry that we would ask her to return to the hotel, yes it was night, and give us our belongings back. She did, however, return our belongings stuffed in a garbage bag and put us in another handicapped room. I am not impressed.

Always love La Quintas, they're always our top pick when traveling. The room was very spacious, had a nice glass door shower, and all the soaps in the bathroom were Dove brand. Huge window! The TV swiveled from the sitting area to the bed area. Breakfast was fantastic, so many options, and everything I had was delicious. It is a pet friendly hotel, so our big ol dogs were welcomed. We had a car dolly with our car attached to the back of our truck and there wasn't really any parking spots that would fit us but we were luckily able to take up a chunk of parking spaces with no issues. Overall would recommend this place, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Next time we're driving through there, we'll stop here for sure.

Sadly no spa tub rooms, you can either get a bathtub or shower and they're only in the bathrooms.

The staff is AMAZING!! Our daughter goes to USM and family has stayed here often!! They are always so friendly and welcoming!! This trip was for our daughter’s White Coat Ceremony, a very big deal!! The gentleman who checked us in and the manager went above and beyond this trip, when there was a mix up!! Thank y’all!! We will be back for graduation next year!!! 😃😃

They allowed my pet bird to stay for only a deposit of $25. The front desk receptionist, and I’m sad I didn’t catch her name, was immensely pleasant and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. We had an amazing time resting after a 10 hour drive. So far I’ve stayed at two different La Quinta Hotels and I am very pleased. Also the breakfast was amazing and their coffee was exactly what I needed in the morning. Amazing hospitality. Thank you!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

There was a black stain dripping from the wall in the bathroom. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and hanging down, and the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the pieces were sitting on the sink. There should’ve been reported to maintenance by housekeeping before a guest was assigned to the room.

Staff was so friendly, everyone from the front desk to the wonderful lady that was handling breakfast by herself.

There was not any hand soap or anything else on the bathroom counter. The shower was stocked with soap, shampoo & conditioner however one of out two rooms (mine) the shower was so unbelievably moldy all over the floor and walls

Location

Parking. I was driving a Jeep but noticed a parking need for oversized work trucks and those towing trailers as there were 6-8 of them that filled to west parking lot when I arrived. Not complaining just making observation: There are several empty lots next door/across the street and 3-5 hotels within a block, maybe the hotels could work together to make parking lot for oversized work vehicles, those towing trailers and charter buses. I would think the hotels on this block could benefit from having parking lot dedicated for this type of vehicle close to the hotel. It could be shared by the hotels on this block.

We always enjoy everything about this location. We always book ahead so as soon as we walk in, they hand me a key card and we're done. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, and the breakfast is great. We stay here about twice a month and have never had a bad experience or anything close to it.
