We didn't have time to try the breakfast, but Tamera at check-in told me it was good. She was very nice and friendly. We talked about my stay at another hotel. My housekeeper Jennifer made sure my stay was comfortable, the room was very clean and comfortable. I gave her a tip on my credit card. Saving the best for last, The General Manager (Troy ) was great. Most managers would act is if they are too busy to talk with a valued customer. He responded back to my message to the property and also took the time to call me via telephone and he assured me that my room would be clean. I appreciate you ALL for making my stay incredible. I will stay again! Be blessed!

It smelled a little upon entry, may have been a sewage issue, but once we reached our floor, it was fine. The sewage smell was gone the next day. I would say that parking in front of the building is limited, and each time I attempt to go to that area, the cost of this hotel is a little more expensive than others, but I understand and well worth it. The Staff was hospitable and the room CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely book at this one again!

It was the knowledgeable and hospital staff and management that made us feel at home so far away from home. Looking forward to my next visit to this property.

The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect and close to everything.

Everything was great. We had confusion at check-in. We requested two rooms next to each other, and our request was approved. When we arrived, the rooms were down the hall from each other. Ultimately, we were able to get two rooms across the hall from each other, but I wish this could have been arranged before we arrived.

This is by far the BEST Holiday Inn Express I have EVER stayed at!!! I don't want to single out any specific staff members as the ENTIRE staff was PERFECT!!! The hotel is brand new just a few weeks old and NEW construction...I was greeted at the front desk with a smile! my room was SPOTLESS (shout out to the cleaning staff) the hotel provides name brand toiletries. In the morning they offer a free FULL breakfast...(shout out to all the kitchen staff!!! Bottom line this is one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!

I loved the fact that the staff was always checking on my daughter as she ended up with food poisoning soon as we made it down. They did everything to make our stay as warm and comfortable as possible and I thank yall from the bottom of our hearts.

It wasn't anything I didn't like can't wait to come back.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here on our return trip from vacation. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who catered to our every need. Furthermore, the breakfast was outstanding. We will undoubtedly choose to stay here again in the future.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the breakfast and coffee you cannot beat. you can do some laundry on site if you are on an extended stay. The staff has been great as well.

Only complaint was there weren't any hashbrowns or potatoes per the husband. Honestly.no complaints. We will definitely stay again

We stayed in a King room. The furniture and layout of the room was the most functional I’ve seen.

The smell of the lobby was terrible. So much so that we decided to skip the on site breakfast. The indoor pool was much smaller than expected. It was also extremely loud with echos bouncing off the walls.

The facilities were clean. As soon as we entered the lobby we commented on the clean smell and brightly-lighted atmosphere. Very welcoming.

N/A. I have nothing to complain about except, I was not told that the hotel has a fifty dollar hold and then later refunded. I was never made aware of this so instead of a $169 bill w_tax, I had a $214.17 bill.
