I like the mirror in the back. I enjoy have the side door to enter using my car. It was easy to speak with someone to make changes. Housekeeping was sweet and helpful as well.

The shower did not get as hot as I would have liked.

The room was exactly what we paid for. We paid for the least expensive room available because we were only staying one night. It was small but very clean. The bed was super firm which my husband enjoyed. I woke up sore. The pillows were super fluffy. The air conditioner works really well (Mississippi in July, very important). The shampoo, conditioner and soap smelled lovely and left my hair soft. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was sparse but tasty. We enjoyed the 12pm checkout time. It was nice to sleep in.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I wished the manager would have allowed the front desk person to handle check in and my questions without jumping in before he had a chance to answer. I used to be a manager and understand helping when needed but it didn't seem like he was training or needed help. Now they were extremely nice and helpful. It was just uncomfortable to watch and confusing know how to address.

The staff at checking was helpful and was able to give us the room we requested. The hotel was clean and in a quiet location with easy parking. Our room was comfortable and the shower was great.

Our feet became dirty quickly from the woods floor in our room, so I’m guessing it hadn’t been mopped well lately. There was no fridge in our room and, for a $10 up-charge, we could have changed to a room with a fridge. The only part of the hot breakfast on offer the one morning we were there was the pancake machine. The yogurt, muffins, croissants, cereal, oatmeal and fruit provided several other options, so that was good. There was no decaf coffee. Our bed was comfortable but I just gotta say, of the other Microtels and various others we’ve stayed in before, this one had the smallest rooms we’ve seen in any hotel for a long time.

I like how clean and comfortable the rooms are. I love the location. It’s not to loud when it’s full . Like I couldn’t hear my nabors or there tv. So I think that’s important for when you trying to sleep a you got ppl commin an goin.. at least it’s been good a quite when I’ve stayed. The beds an pillows are so soft. A got cable tv with coffee maker and cold air and heat. Clean tubs and toilet and had clean towels. An had a drink machine on my floor. Great hotel and price.

Should have snack machines and more outlets by the bed. And always have a lil notepad to jot something down if needed to at the desk. And I hate how you have to put downs $100 down deposit when you stay. Like wonder why you do that and you will turn my service down if I ain’t got another $100 on me to give to yall to hold. I understand for if anything happens I would be charged for the problem but that’s bs. And should come up with a different way besides taken $100 deposit ontop of the room price.

The room was very clean. I did not use the room cleaning service until I left because I used the towels more than once and the room did not need cleaning until I left. The room was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was good exceptionally the pancakes. The coffee was good, and it was very clean. The TV in the room picks up a large number of channels and at night the halls were pretty quiet. Once in a while I did hear the people next door talking but I just turned my volume up on my TV and didn't hear them. It's a great value for the money and I said here many times when I come to Hattiesburg in the past. Highly recommend.

A waffle machine in the breakfast area would be very nice to have and maybe a small section of dried fruit and nuts for the oatmeal. It's not like I didn't like the breakfast, I just those additions would be nice to add.

Some amenities were outdated from other hotels but very clean room and lobby had exactly what needed microwave, refrigerator, iron, blow-drier but the toilet seat needed to be replaced

We got stuck in Mississippi due to our car breaking down. We stayed 3 days at Microtel. All of the staff were very friendly and welcomed us. The beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. They had free breakfast which helped us out a lot. It was very good. If we are ever in Hattiesburg again, we will definitely stay here again.

I love the mirror behind the beds. I appreciate the consistency of house keeping. I really like the amt of storage space for my things. The location is very convenient and I reach the highway in seconds.

The microwave did not have a safe dedicated plug. I had to plug it up myself and I would have preferred otherwise.

Great rooms very nice place to stay

The only thing that I didn't agree with is they don't tell you they don't take anything but major credit cards not everyone has those most everyone know days are going to mobile banks. If my partner had not had a major bank card we would have lost the money paid on the booking. Most places does a cash deposit.
