smooth checkin process, great breakfast, good location. highly recommend. they also allowed for late checkout. really nice space. rooms were big, coffee machine. great staff support. friendly. very good place.

nothing much, except, they didn't provide slippers. toiletries (tooth paste and brush) were provided upon request. there was no robe or shower cap. BUT i guess if you request, you may get it. i didnt. great space tbvh. nothing much to complain about.

It’s not a comfortable stay. It’s a really nice room but I’m not comfortable. Had to press really hard to use the remote. The whole casting thing from your phone to the tv wasn’t working. No microwave in the room. I guess you’re paying for location. It just wasn’t worth the price to me. $300 is a bit much to not even get a microwave in the room.

Beautifully decorated hotel with upgraded fixtures and whimsical statement pieces; includes a stand-alone quality restaurant with a great menu; in a cool-looking convenient location; we ate dinner at the restaurant both nights pretty late and the food was consistently delicious and offered great service;

The quality of cleaning and customer service did not match the quality of the decor; old food smeared on the wall by the trash; room wholly dusty; coffee pot was dirty with a chip of pink nail paint in it; the bathroom floors weren’t swept; we only ever made one request (extra towels), and that was wholly ignored. It was unfortunate for a property with so much promise.

The hotel smells AMAZING, It smells fresh clean, the restaurant has great food, We had the potato skins, flatbread and a smash burger all very good. Staff is helpful, and Pet friendly, with stations and bags.

Great location, right across the street fron the university. Several places to eat a few steps out the door. They have their own, good, restaurant also. I would use again.

Only ding no breakfast while costing 25 to 40% more than other hotels in the area. Its minor, but I was surprised not even a granola bar. It had been a while since Ive stayed at a high-end hotel w/o breakfast.

The property was so clean, spacious, and well-kept. The area was also nice, very quaint.

I would have liked to-go coffee cups in the room. There were 2 ceramic mugs available, however, for sanitary purposes, I usually prefer plastic/paper cups for my coffee and tea.

There were no breakfast options In the hotel. When I asked the front desk about breakfast at 8:30 am on a Sunday, she said “I guess I could call someone in”. For the high price of the hotel, with other hotel options nearby that were less pricey, I would’ve expected a breakfast option. Coffee in the lobby was terrible.

The room was very quiet and comfortable! The entire hotel was very clean and everyone was friendly. Loved that I was able to have a variety of places to eat and never had to leave the parking lot.

We liked the on site restaurant. Food was good. The beds were quite comfortable.

When we tried to reach room service the call could not be completed. Fast busy. We had to go down to the restaurant to place our room service request. Staff was very helpful. Also tried to call the desk with the same result.

Fantastic location & friendly staff. Rooms were nicely done and very clean. There is a great breakfast place within walking distance if you have people in your group who get up earlier than others.

The rooms could use a little more sound proofing as the family next to us had noisy children.
