Everything was fine and met my requirements 100%. I enjoyed the pool and pool area which were spotlessly clean. The selection at breakfast was good and the food was fresh and good quality.

Being from the UK, I do like a cup of English tea, not an infusion, herbal or fragrant, just tea! I would also have liked a kettle in my room. I will bring my own tea bags next time!

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was superb.

The check in took longer than normal as the staff at the desk was unable to check us in since she was training and it was her first night. She had to call the other staff to get back to the front desk. When we got to the assigned room, the bed was not made and the TV was on. We weren’t sure if we were on someone else’s room. We had to go back to the desk to get another room. The final room was ok. Needed a new fridge. The room was not as clean as I would have expected. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

I loved the room for the price. The kitchenette and storage was so nice to have, it was almost like having a mini condo! The AC unit was phenomenal. The pool was great! The staff were also great, and helped with everything I had asked for! Breakfast was also great, almost something new every day!

Some of the things could be updated. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there was a cigarette burn on the desk. The room didn’t indicate smoke smell though. I didn’t like that kitchen wares weren’t provided already in the room, they had to be asked for.

The room and the staff were great. We only stayed overnight because we were there for the Black and Gold Day in Hattiesburg, MS.

When I booked on the website (booking.com) that there was no mention that my Cash App card could not be used at the facility. I was informed of this when I arrived at the Marriott Town Place Suites in Hattiesburg, MS, 4 hours away from home at 9 PM. Now I am going back and forth with Cash App and Marriott Town Place Suites to get over $500 refunded to me (which they are saying will take 14 business days to do so)

The staff was very kind, the breakfast was decent. Loved the hot tea and hot cocoa options. Loved the larger suite as I was traveling alone with my 4 children.

There were a few groups of rowdy people on n the parking lot and it seemed unkept but it could have just been an isolated incident. We didn’t have any trouble at all it was just a concerning first impression.

The 2bedroom suite was perfect for my family and I! Mya was the front desk agent that checked us in and she checked us out. She was extremely pleasant and she made the process a breeze! The entire hotel was spotless and the staff was phenomenal! The full hot complementary breakfast was delicious as well! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The location was convenient but the freeway noise was disturbing.

It was time change Sunday and the staff did not consider that when they closed down exactly at 9:30 with no consideration of clients that may have not responded to that time change. We had requested an early check in because of the wedding we cane to attend. Either the desk did not notify the cleaning staff or that staff refused to alter their procedures to clean the room. The first staffer at the desk made no attempt to address that correction. When the next staffer came on duty she contacted the cleaning staff and they prepared the room for us. We waited1 1/2 hours to be allowed the enter the room and change clothes for the wedding.

Breakfast was wonderful! I just needed to be out of the house for a night with no expectations as a mom/wife. I was so thankful I could wake up to breakfast, my pets could be with me, there was a pool to occupy my children I could relax and breathe

When I first arrived the front desk man was asleep in a chair so I assumed he was a visitor so it took a while to actually get our room. Also, $4 for a 20oz Pepsi was crazy but I guess it was "convince".

Good facility, ample parking, hot breakfast options, Value for money. Helpful check-in staff when I raised the issue, offered me to switch the room.

When I was entering the bathroom when checking in, it was stinky (offered me an alternate room). When I was checking out, the staff at the front was not customer friendly with a not welcoming attitude.

Staff was amazing especially front desk and lady at breakfast. It was clean and well appointed

The street was busy and hard to access the side street it was located on. I thought the $100 non refundable pet fee was way too high. I stayed at another hotel the same weekend and it was $20.
