Peanut butter jelly time 😁 , what a great idea. To me it added to the experience. Myself and 2 other guests were ecstatic about it. We laughed about how it was a great touch and took you back to being a kid again. The host was great he was very professional and accommodating we needed a refill in one of the shower washes and he didn't hesitate to get it for us. He also very kindly took the time to look up another Wyndham hotel for me in Tulsa because I was so satisfied with the experience there in Hattiesburg. Definitely deserves to noticed for what a great job he does.

I'd say the only thing that needed to be done would be a little touch up on the back stairs. But I mean it's the back stairs, probably gets used alot when storming instead of making a mess in the main lobby and for pet access. Which didn't effect my stay in anyway and was still very nice.

I love everything about the property! My room is always comfortable and super clean and comfortable for there is anything wrong I just let them know and the correct the issue immediately…although I think there may have been 1 or 2 times I needed something done. My day attends USM and we’re 3 hours apart so I frequent Hattiesburg OFTEN to spend time with her and Wingate is the only hotel I will stay at. Oh the manager/owner is a true Angel! He’s very nice…friendly…professional and always have treats😊! The staff is excellent as well I’ve never encountered anyone with a bad attitude or was rude! I LOVE IT HERE!

I can’t name one thing I dislike didn’t like!

I loved the beautiful flowers out front. I was then greeted by kind guest who thanked me for choosing to stay. The check in process was great.The rooms were so clean. The pool looked inviting. The evening and night staff were all so pleasant. The PB and J bar was so thoughtful. They also have a variety of frozen meals and snack if you don't care to leave. It is within walking distance of great restaurants and a few miles to much more. The free breakfast was way more than I expected. The dining area was roomy and inviting. I also loved the longer table in lobby. There were many board games to play with kids or a group of friends. The beds are so comfy. Upon checking out the housekeeping staff all greeted us and they treat each other like family. I will definitely be back next month and use this hotel when in the area. Recommend to everyone. I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing I loved everything and I do alot of traveling. This is by far the best Wyndham in the area.

The property was clean, the staff friendly. No complaints there at all Over all it was a great place to stay passing through. The value of the room was excellent as the room was very comfortable & clean.

The blind in our room was stuck or broken. It was 11 pm so we didn’t me ton it til the morning. We just put a sheet over it as we were in a ground floor room. The water tasted horrible. I assumed there was an ice bucket in the room but there wasn’t.

The Host was AMAZING! The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. If it wasn't for the employees talking in the hallways in the mornings, and the people stomping around above us, I would've rated this hotel a 10.

The employees were talking loudly in the hallways at like 4,5,6 am. I can't remember, but it was before I wanted to be awake lol. I know the people above us were stomping around, like PLEASE STOP WALKING LIKE THAT lol

I asked to be put on the first floor because we had our dog with us and they found us a room on the first floor. And my boyfriend has a bad knee which helped both situations.

We were there for maybe 10 hours at most and they charged us for the dog being there.. Our dog did not cause any problems. Unlike the people across the hall whose dog was continuously barking. Our dog was never alone in our room.

EVERYTHING! I normally have an itinerary all planned out when I’m in town visiting my daughter that’s a nursing student at USM! She always stay with me at the hotel…once we get settled in for the night and thinking we have everything well thought out for our next day activities…by morning we NEVER want to let the bed go to leave the room!!! The beds are so comfortable and the whole ambiance of the room just makes you feel like you’re at home.

Couldn’t find one thing I didn’t like nor was there any issues or problems.

Room was modern, spacious, clean, breakfast was awesome lots of options and 2 waffle makers. Apartment size fridge w freezer.

No issues. Just the pet fee but I get that. They also only give you enough towels for the number of people in the room. And the shower curtain kept sliding open so to hold it closed we had to put a towel on each end to weigh it down which was hard as they got wet and we were so limited on the number of towels they provided.

It room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!! Loved the shower head! It was wonderful! It was very quiet once the people above us went to bed. You could not hear the highway outside!! Very Dog friendly!! They had dog biscuits for my dog!!

My husband said the stairwell was very dirty when he took the dog out. And we could hear people walking in the room above us. I would recommend staying on the top floor of the hotel.

The front desk person was nice during check in. I was a little early but he assisted me with no problem! The room was clean and very nice for our one night stay. The tv channels were good , bed was comfortable. It was a great stay!

The breakfast could've been better with more options. Although everything was nice the place could use an upgrade in certain areas.
