Gene and Katherine at check in at the front desk. Nicest people ever. Smell of hotel everywhere was pleasant, "to go" breakfast was just enough, all day coffee service station was very nice. Parking was easy and wonderful. A/C was super. If we visit Texas again, this will be the first place we return to.

BOOKINGS.COM has a room listed as 3 BEDS (2 QUEENS, 1 KING). This hotel does NOT have any rooms with 3 beds. We booked thru BOOKINGS.COM. a room with 3 beds for a family of 7. When we arrived, we checked in, went to our room, and only saw a king bed, we went immediately downstairs to the front desk. We were told none of their rooms have 3 beds. Thankfully, and with God's grace, Gene and Katherine were able to book us another room on the same floor so the family could be together.

The hotel and room were very clean. The room was compact but had everything we needed. The bed, a king size, was very comfortable, two bedside tables with a plug and two USB plugs, large TV, lots of hooks for hanging items. Two places that worked well for our luggage. The bathroom had a great lighted mirror that did not fog up during a shower. The breakfast area was good, with several choices of hot food, cereal, pastries, bagels etc. The coffee was the best hotel coffee we've ever had. The machine ground and brewed fresh coffee on demand. They even had a bulk ice machine for filling our collet.

The only suggestion would be to have exhaust fans in the bathroom

Water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was good.

Our pump soap was out, but we did have a complimentary bar of soap too. Our room was warm and musty smelling, but cooled down once we turned down the AC and the odor decreased to almost nothing.

It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable. We especially loved the walk-in-shower. The breakfast was unbelievable with so many choices. We thought the vegetable omelet was delicious!! We will definitely stay with you again.

The heating/air conditioning unit was rather loud when it came on. That's our only complaint!!

This hotel was very nice, clean, and had beautiful decor. I absolutely loved the unique window treatment. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having the soaps and lotions displays was an added touch.

The hot breakfast section was scarce and I'm so not a fan of continental breakfast at all!!! For the cost of these rooms, that hot breakfast needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!! And pillows were way too soft for me.

Breakfast was great . Their biscuits were different, but I really liked them. The 2 girls at the front desk (Kaylin was one) were exceptional in helping me figure out my bookings.com error. All of the staff were exceptional

The manager was fantastic. He recommended a wonderful restaurant when we asked for suggestions. Staff was attentive and very friendly! My daughter will be attending UF and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Only suggestion was coffee ran out Saturday morning.

Appeared to be new - great breakfast sandwich and coffee. Beds very comfortable- near a movie theater.

Although the room was very cold in July, the AC unit was very noisy when it came on during the night. The room was small but worked well for one night stay while traveling.The lightbulbs were too bright and unable to adjust.

Overall, the rooms were clean. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and establishments.

My bedding wasn't clean, but the staff did an amazing job placing me in another room. They were very apologetic about the mishap.

The air conditioner made a loud noise, no microwave in the room, the phone cord was broken so I had to hold it to call the front desk. I do have to say the place was very clean in the room and hallways and downstairs. Staff was very nice!
