The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The ladies who helped with breakfast were very nice as well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby was spacious and clean as well. A nice bonus is we were able to use the ice machine to refill our cooler to keep items we brought back in good temperature.

We stayed here going to Fl for the weekend and then traveling back home the following. Both times we arrived the front desk staff were outside on their phones, smoking close to the door. That is their business when no one is needing help (and they came in right away when they saw us checking in) but I would have appreciated not smelling cigarette smoke as I walked in the front doors. I do have a sensitivity to the smell. I wish there was an option for king size beds. It is a non smoking hotel but you could tell there was someone close by our room smoking (and it wasn't a cigarette). I know the hotel had nothing to do with this, just wanted to let you know. I also wish there was a microwave in our room. We were able to go to the lobby and use that one so that was nice.

Gene and Katherine at check in at the front desk. Nicest people ever. Smell of hotel everywhere was pleasant, "to go" breakfast was just enough, all day coffee service station was very nice. Parking was easy and wonderful. A/C was super. If we visit Texas again, this will be the first place we return to.

BOOKINGS.COM has a room listed as 3 BEDS (2 QUEENS, 1 KING). This hotel does NOT have any rooms with 3 beds. We booked thru BOOKINGS.COM. a room with 3 beds for a family of 7. When we arrived, we checked in, went to our room, and only saw a king bed, we went immediately downstairs to the front desk. We were told none of their rooms have 3 beds. Thankfully, and with God's grace, Gene and Katherine were able to book us another room on the same floor so the family could be together.

The hotel and room were very clean. The room was compact but had everything we needed. The bed, a king size, was very comfortable, two bedside tables with a plug and two USB plugs, large TV, lots of hooks for hanging items. Two places that worked well for our luggage. The bathroom had a great lighted mirror that did not fog up during a shower. The breakfast area was good, with several choices of hot food, cereal, pastries, bagels etc. The coffee was the best hotel coffee we've ever had. The machine ground and brewed fresh coffee on demand. They even had a bulk ice machine for filling our collet.

The only suggestion would be to have exhaust fans in the bathroom

No robe or towel hooks in bathroom and somehow we got the handicap and you would think that room would have them Did not realize how much I liked getting the little plastic bag that hangs on a hanger for my dirty cloths… plus there wasn’t a hanger…. Or iron.. yes I still use one or even a small steamer. Our first time in that brand … nice .. just missed a few things

Property was clean and staff was very friendly! It was easy to check in and check out!

We stayed one night at this hotel, everything was perfect besides the beds and the air conditioning, the beds were on the firmer/harder side and the air conditioning was turned up to 80° when we entered the room, it took a very long time to cool down but once it did it was very cold!

Cleanliness

Queen beds seem like Full instead. I didn’t like that there’s no microwave inside the rooms. We utilized the lobby’s microwave. However once comfortable, I shouldn’t have to leave my room to go downstairs and warm my leftovers. Also, the bathroom had no ventilation fan which was strange. Otherwise, I made the best of it.

Water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was good.

Our pump soap was out, but we did have a complimentary bar of soap too. Our room was warm and musty smelling, but cooled down once we turned down the AC and the odor decreased to almost nothing.

The room was nice and I LOVED the walk-in shower!

The warm part of the breakfast left something to be desired. The omelets had a good flavor, however, the heat lamp kind of made them rubbery, since I typically ate in the later part of the service.

It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable. We especially loved the walk-in-shower. The breakfast was unbelievable with so many choices. We thought the vegetable omelet was delicious!! We will definitely stay with you again.

The heating/air conditioning unit was rather loud when it came on. That's our only complaint!!

This hotel was very nice, clean, and had beautiful decor. I absolutely loved the unique window treatment. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and having the soaps and lotions displays was an added touch.

The hot breakfast section was scarce and I'm so not a fan of continental breakfast at all!!! For the cost of these rooms, that hot breakfast needs MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!! And pillows were way too soft for me.
