I love how the rooms are usually always clean and tvs worked.

The batteries in one remote in the room were going in and out but this was just a small little issue that really didn't matter to me much. However, the BIGGEST problem was the smell in the hall, closer to the elevator on the second floor. That smell was horrible and having to stand there waiting for the elevator to open was NOT ok

We only stayed one night and didn’t check in until after 9 due to my daughter’s wedding but it was a very nice hotel, good location, nice front desk staff. I paid 89$ on a Friday night and we had a 1 bedroom king suite. I didn’t realize it had a full refrigerator, 2 burner hot plate, sink and all. Huge room, huge bathroom and even had a nice big tub! Very clean !!

Nice and Quiet, AC worked fantastic on our hottest days yet. A Very Safe Area; That is the most important part of my travels. Staff was very attentive; from front desk clerks, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance too. Thank you for making my and Lucas's stay a safe and cozy one.

First night I couldnt figure out where the shower diverter was, (a little note might help others). I have never seen a shower diverter like in the bathroom and with 22 hours straight driving on the road I was very frustrated and grumpy. lol opps But the front desk clerks knew exactly what was wrong and told me how to use shower. I stayed for near two weeks, and I always straighten up my room as to not take advantage of the hospitality and helpful housekeeping. Thank you girls very much for all the smiling faces!

The location! An I also loved the size and the convenience of my room.

I didn't like the idea of the housekeeper half cleaning our carpet. They didn't vacuum at all! Because I found pet hair EVERYWHERE!! An I'm highly allergic to dogs and cats. Also, out commode overflowed an that really discussed me. Also, our lightbulbs were missing in 2 lamps. So there were hardly no light in the dinnig part. But, other than that. Everything was fine.

The accommodations were wonderful but, the staff made the trip!! Excellent and friendly staff. I will definitely book with them again if I’m back In Hattiesburg.
