The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortably accommodated my family of four. The hotel also had a gym available on the ground floor, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was decent, though it would be great to see the addition of fresh fruits in the future.

The location was less than ideal, as it was surrounded by car workshops, which affected the overall ambiance. The sofa covers in the room were torn and slightly dirty. Additionally, the hotel provided amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and a dental kit for only one person, even though the booking was clearly for four adults.

Whilst the location is nothing special (on the Abha-side of Khamis Mushait), once through the doors I was greeted by very receptive hosts and awarded a huge, very well equipped bedroom that was probably the best I've seen amongst local hotels I've used in Saudi at this price category. Huge bedroom, clean facilities, super-fast internet, internet-connected SmartTV and complementary breakfast. What's not to like? Definitely recommended!

Very few dislikes, the facilities and staff service were excellent. However, the in-room fridge was connected to a power socket that went off as part all the electrics turning off when you left the room with the room-key (so the fridge wasn't running in my absence) - obviously not a great setup.

The staff were really friendly especially faisal. And the room is incredibly big!

There isn't a washing machine available, but when I inquired with the receptionist during checkout, he mentioned that it should be requested at the reception so they can arrange for it. Furthermore, it is essential to note that a wash basin is not provided in the dining area. There is no heater for the swimming pool

The room was wide, the staff was very friendly and supportive, particularly the front desk staff, they will do their best to serve you as much as the can with a smile on their face. Also, the gym was very nice.

The hot water coming out of the shower was rather little, which was almost fine for me but if it was a family it would be difficult

The swimming pool was closed most days apart from that all was good.

The entrance is at the back of a restaurant, so it's away from the main road. Very smart and nice decor with marble in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast that is served in your room. An inner security door for extra safety. A very nice and friendly general manager called Khalid who is from Egypt.

I booked this hotel thinking that it was in Abha, which is where I wanted to be. It's actually 20 km away from Abha and my Saptco bus stopped in Khamis Mushayt (15 mins) drive from the hotel. If you want to stay in Abha, don't make the mistake that I did. There's nothing to see in Khamis Mushayt, but the hotel is lovely.

It’s clean and great location. The staff is friendly and welcoming especially Zeyad. Great value, recommended.

The only issue is the swimming pool, if you don’t care about the pool is your best option. The breakfast is the same everyday, I hope they will improve it.

I'm so astonished with the level of service, I must say it was better than Hilton or any other big brands. They are only for name sake. The customer service to value for money specially the jacuzzi bath in the suite was fantastic. Keep it up 👍 they kept all the required amenities which I don't usually find in big hotels, like toothbrush, ear buds, comb, slippers, etc etc. Although I'm a Silver Member of Honours Group and Golden member of IHG, still I don't get these things available, I need to call them few times to get it.

Not much just missing foot mat by jacuzzi tub.
