We highly recommend this hotel to everybody staying in Dolomites.The hotel has an excellent location for skiing in Kronplatz mountain with a free ski bus service. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A big thank you to Karolina for accommodating and helping us. The rooms were very spacious and redecorated to a high standard. The food was delicious with so much to choose from. We particularly liked the health suite area with various saunas and a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi😀

Everything was perfect!

This hotel has it all. Location was great, quiet at night, not far away from Kronplatz using the nearby skibus. Our car was parked in the closed garage, free of charge. Spa center was just enough, all you need was there. Service is impeccable, everyone was nice and welcoming, especially Irina who spoke our language. Food was remarkable, rooms were large and clean. This is a place you need to come back. Thank you for everything.

Internet could be a little bit better

Very good food, at breakfast, lunch soup and especially dinner. All staff was very friendly, and the service at restaurant was fast. Ski bus station is very close, 2 min walk.

Water in jacuzzi was a little cold. The towels were old and scratchy. The location is quite far from the main skilift station (Riscone), 20 min by ski bus

We love it, there is nothing we didnt liked. The Food was exceptional, The Hotel is not far from where we went. The Staffs were doing really good with their Job, very approachable. We slept Comfortably. Btw, they didnt have AC but it didnt bothered us. I highly recommend this place, might for sure come back again.

Kind staff, delicious meal, wonderful location

Very nice spacious rooms, nice after skiing facilities: bar, swimming pool, sauna, billard, ping pong, gym, kids play room, underground garage. Food plentiful and very good. Dinners comprise of open salad bar with fresh and grilled veggies and bread, followed by 3 courses, which you have to make a choice for already at breakfast time. There are always vegetarian(not vegan) options for the main course. Apart from that there are always options for kids available (spaghetti, pizza or schniztel with fries). At the end there is also a dessert buffet which is really nice. Be aware that all drinks to the dinner are extra paid. Breakfasts are also very good continental with plenty of options. Breakfasts have all drinks included. There is a well equipped grocery store few minutes down from the hotel. Staff extremely friendly only the owner (older lady who runs the place daily) doesn't speak English. There is also skibus stop right in front of the hotel however we didn't use it.

Small watercooker in each room should be a standard equipment.
