The location is magnificent with grand views down the Oetz valley and on into the Inn Valley beyond. Sitting on the balcony drinking all of this in is a real privilege. The staff of this gem are all lovely people who will go to great lengths to facilitate your comfort and provide you with any request, answering all of your questions. Our room was outstanding and was attended by a second to none service. The meals were more than adequate, and you always looked forward to them and great efforts were made for my vegetarian partner. I have no reservations in recommending this fine hotel and would definitely book again.

The pool, which was perhaps a little small, may have presented access problems for the elderly and infirm. Of course, to remedy this may require additional land that may not be available and, it can still be enjoyed by most people. That said, it wouldn't prevent me from staying at this wonderful hotel in the future.

This experience was absolutely amazing. Daniel, the owner met us on the reception, he is a very friendly guy, we also got a free upgrade. He helped us with advice, where to go and what to see. Breakfast/lunch/diner where so much better than we expected! A huge choice of food + food cooked my the chefs. One member of our party has an eating disorder (ARFID) so the chefs cooked french fries separately for him! we didn’t even had to mention the ED. Sauna is amazing, there is A LOT of stuff to do in the hotel, table tennis, a game room with different games, swimming pool, big tennis, AMAZING NATURE AND VIEWS and more. It was definitely the best and the most beautiful holiday worth it’s money, and we will definitely be back at this hotel! Thank you Daniel!

There was nothing that we didn’t like. But if i need to nitpick, Restaurant staff was not really friendly, but they served us, answered our questions and it was quite busy most of the time so I don’t blame them for being stressed/serious.

I highly recommend this hotel, honestly it is the best hotel I’ve been to in Austria so far. From the very first interaction with the staff after the reservation was confirmed, I had the feeling that this would be a good stay and I was so right. We traveled the whole family, including our dog, and we were more than welcomed in this formula :) The moment we arrived, we’ve been greeted by the crisp mountain air and stunning panoramic views of snow-capped peaks of the Alps. The hotel itself has a cozy, yet sophisticated vibe, that makes you fall in love instantly. Our room that was actually an apartment, was a peaceful haven, immaculate and spacious, with large windows that allowed us to take in the beautiful surroundings. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delectable options, and the food quality was exceptional. Compliments to the chef! The hotel’s amenities were also impressive, it is obvious they do constant effort that everyone would be happy and satisfied: kids room, play room, fitness center and a very very cozy and intimate spa connected to a wonderful relaxation area, perfect after a ski day. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every person I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was flawless. I highly recommend Aktiv Panoramahotel Daniel for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Alps. Honestly we can’t wait to return in summer time too!

We had an amazing stay at this family-owned hotel! The attention to detail was exceptional—better than any other hotel we’ve stayed in. Every little touch made our experience truly special. The food was absolutely delicious and generously served, and we could tell they used only the highest quality ingredients, which we really appreciated. The warm hospitality and personal approach set this place apart, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

The beds were a bit loud when moving, but that didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience.

Very well maintained traditional hotel. Friendly staff (especially the owner and his son). Rooms are quiet, comfortable and with a nice view. Breakfast is amazing. Diner is also very good with very generous portions. The spa area is very enjoyable. The concert in the middle of the week was a highlight. And to point out also the welcome pack for our doggy that has been more than appreciated.

- several options were proposed for dinner but alternative ones seemed less tasty than the main one. - it can be hot in the spa area and it’s a bit a pity that there is no way to go and rest outside from the spa area - we were surprised by the price to pay for tap water at the restaurant - the staff was very nice all the time. We were just a bit disappointed that the person doing the check out with us wasn’t as nice as the others as it left us with a less good feeling about our stay.

We are delighted to stay at this hotel. Wonderful and exceptionally friendly staff. Everything at the highest level - cleanliness, varied and sophisticated food as well as ladies cleaning the rooms. We felt like we were at home. Thank you for every day. We truly recommend this hotel.

Great family/owner run hotel in perfect location in the village of Sautens in Ötztal. Easy access to mountains, activities and Innsbruck. Lovely and caring hotel staff and outstanding service. The food is in a class of its own and the facilities including pool, big spa and sport areas is five stars. Highly recommend and happy to come back anytime!

Beautifully clean, staff were extremely friendly and the attention to detail was outstanding . The food was worthy of a Michelin Star and the spa is a welcome addition after a day on the slopes which the resort is only 5 minutes away. The afternoon cake was a warm welcome after the slopes.

If you don’t have a car it could be a little remote, it was surprising that they charge for tap water with dinner if you don’t have a bottle of wine

This is one of the best hotel and gastronomic experiences I've ever had in life! The accommodation is fabulous, the personal is gentle, polite, always willing to help you and the restaurant is exquisite. The choice for breakfast was outstanding: there was something for everyone. The dinner receives five stars: delicious courses and very surprising tastes. Aktiv Panoramahotel Daniel put their guests to the top, they raised 'hospitality' to a new level. The whirlpool, the bar and the willingness of all the personal and the ambiance truly made a difference. Dear people from Panormahotel: thank you very much for this wonderful weekend and I hope to come back next year again!

When I have to point out one improvement: maybe there can be a bit more 'resting' time between the several courses of the dinner. All courses are so delicious that one may need some more digestion time before staring with the next course.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to our next visit. Breakfast was wonderful with many healthy and tasty options, dinner very gourmet with multiple meal courses. The staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel like home. The best service one can wish for. The pool and terrace have the most amazing mountain views, very relaxing sauna and massage that completed a perfect vacation.
