The staff here went above and beyond to help us. We were riding the Jura Traverse and had bike mechanical problems. I don't remember the name of the front desk woman, but she worked so hard to find us a taxi on a Sunday to accommodate our bikes and us. She was so flexible, pleasant and attentive. This place rocks. (Woman was tall, brown short hair, spoke english). Thank you for helping us get out of our pinch and continue on our journey. In addition, the food was great and the room was as well. Absolutely stay here!!

Staff greeting and service were excellent. The room was comfortable and cool despite the heatwave and no a/c. Large bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast was very good. We ate at the restaurant and the food was outstanding albeit pricey.

The hotel is on a busy road and there is some noise especially in the morning but we still got a good night’s sleep.

The recently renovated hotel had large and very clean rooms. Everything was prepared to welcome gusts in the winter season. There is some traffic on the road during the day, but the night is quiet. The breakfast, served at the table is excellent.

Friendly smiles and very helpful advice from staff, especially from the manager at the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent dinner menu, and high quality. Extensive wine list was impressive. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Large, open-plan bathroom would benefit from a shower screen. Room safe would be welcome.

Every meal was fabulous. Excellent food, artistically arranged, delicious. The room was comfortable; the bed was very comfortable. Separate heaters in main room and in bathroom. The owner was so very gracious, pleasant and hard-working. We felt like we were good friends with her, by the end of our 3-night stay.

Pillows were a bit small.

The hotel owner went out of her way to make sure we were all looked after. The facilities are new and modern with tasteful accents, and the breakfast was outstanding (not usual in France!). Exceptional hospitality at a fair price that I would highly recommend.

Great host, and really good restaurant! Spacious room and really clean, Quiet and it was nice to be able to go to the sauna after a hiking day. We would recommend more furniture in the bathroom and a shower curtain.

Small thing but the breakfast only started at 08.30. Would have preferred an earlier start.
