Clean(which is very important),worm with all facilities needed, nice staff. Good breakfast, croissant are delicious.

Staff can improve their English, but with my French and their English we managed perfectly.

The hotel and rooms where really clean and really quiet. The restaurant had only one vegetarian entry and one main vegetarian dish but they were excellent!

The hotel is in a great location, especially if you're visiting nearby watch manufacturing companies. Besides the hotel's own restaurant, there are some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and kebab shops within a short walking distance. A pharmacy and a Denner supermarket are right across the street, with larger supermarkets like Migros and Coop also nearby. The train station is close, and there's public parking available. The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, having been recently renovated along with the elevator. The breakfast was decent.

The room could use a bit more decoration—maybe a few photos or watchmaking-themed images on the walls. My room was missing a bench for the suitcase, although there was space for one. The breakfast buffet could also be presented more attractively to create a more positive start to the day. When I had breakfast at 7:00 a.m., there was plenty of food available. The restaurant's décor and furniture felt a bit outdated and kitschy. It might be worth considering an update to refresh that space in the future. While the receptionist didn’t speak English, she made a strong effort to communicate. In general, nothing really bad. Just small details that some times they make the big differences.

I did not like the fact, that I did not know before I arrived, that hotel is actually not open at all and there is nobody there to greet me. Hotel looked completely shut down when I arrived at the time I had told I will arrive, and it was not late or anything, at four o'clock on a Saturday afternoon. The earliest time to arrive was at 4 PM, which was quite late. There was no-one at the reception, no lights outside, no information on how to get in. I called the hotel number, I got instructions to get in by a key at the locker by the outside door. The last user had left the locker open, so anybody could take the keys. That did not seem very safe. There was also conflicting information about the breakfast. It was supposed to included in my stay, and a little slip with my key said, breakfast starts at 6.30 AM. I left the hotel at 7.00 AM, and there was no breakfast.

Modernly furnished clean room and restaurant with good value food

There were no blinds to make obscurity during the night.
