Good location, our room had a fabulous view of the mountains. Comfy bed. Well stocked kitchen. Nice balcony.
No Aircon. Our fault as we didn't notice when we booked that the property doesn't have aircon. We stayed in early June, with the temperatures in the 80s, and the room was very warm most of the time, despite using the large supplied fan.

When I had some questions, I was immediately helped. Salvador was outstanding: helpful and friendly. Another gentleman brought me a lamp as the one in the living room did not work. I failed to get his name but he was also incredibly sweet and helpful.
Only one thing. Upon check-in I was told I could move to a handicap room the next morning, that I should call early to the desk to do so. However when I called the desk at 5:30 in the morning I got a different story which was a little frustrating. It's okay as I stayed in my room and it was lovely but the conflicting information between staff was a little disappointing.

The property is in a wonderful location and has beautiful views of the mountains and forest. It was very convenient to get to from town and parking was easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our one bedroom condo had everything we needed and was overall a comfortable stay.
One complaint was that the room was very warm and despite leaving the windows open all day and night for a breeze the condo stayed quite warm. This may just be the nature of visiting mammoth in the spring and summer though.

Ms Georgia@front desk was exceptionaly helpful. We had an issue with the original room having a hirrible odor. When I discreetly informed Miss Georgia, dispite of being busy- she switched our room to our satisfaction. Great service. This will being us back again and again.
I missed not having breakfat privided in the morning. A nice cup of coffee/ tea & a pastry would have been very appreciated. Especially travelling with family and unseasonal snowfall. The heater in the living room would'nt turn on. Spare blankets would have been good too.

the proximity to the ski fields was excellent. Just a tiny walk from the locker room and you were at eagle express.
It could have a bar/ restaurant. A few peeps in the spa were talking about happy hour in town and I thought, why doesn’t the hotel set up a bar and happy hour and keep all that money on the premise. There are heaps of mountain homes surrounds the hotel, without food options, and all within a short walk, that a fun little restaurant con the premise could attract too!

Location was perfect. We were in Sunstone #124. Which is located just down the hallway from the guest lockers. Also, a true ski in ski out location. It was absolutely perfect for early on the hill come back for lunch and a break and back out to finish the day.
The fireplace heating unit didn’t work. Maintenance tried twice to get it running. There were floor heaters in the closet, which makes me think the fireplace hasn’t worked for a while. The floor heaters worked to warm the living room/kitchen area. Although if both units were on you couldn’t run anything else (Tv, toaster, coffee pot, microwave) without blowing the breaker. We were offered a different room, but decided to stay in #124 because we had already unpacked. Fortunately, it wasn’t a bitter cold week. If it had been we would have moved.

Clean, well equipped, and spacious condo. Lovely views from balcony. Great communal areas. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff .
Lack of air conditioning. The condo was very warm when we arrived. Despite use of fans & window opening, one bedroom remained hot overnight. The blind could not be raised in the twin room (it also could not be fully lowered) so the window could not be opened more than a crack.

Clean facility and comfortable bed and room.
I didn't like having to pay a $29 resort fee upon check out, when we were only there for one night, and never used the pool, gym or anything other than sleeping in our room. At a minimum, this fee should have been disclosed when we booked the rooms.

Clean room, well maintained hotel, ample bath linens, well-stocked kitchen for those who cook! We appreciated the fans in the warm weather since no A/C. Beds were comfortable!
Minor things: lightbulbs not bright enough, kitchen linens old/worn, balcony chairs past expiration…rickety and wood frame was deteriorating…need replacing ASAP.

The coffee shop/gift shop gave you a discount if you were staying at the hotel. I liked that the pool area wasn't super busy. I like that they offered a small gym area and laundry room if needed. I also enjoyed screens on my window to sleep with them open at night.
I had a hard time finding luggage carts at the time of my arrival. The sofa bed wasn't super comfy.
