Very nice and clean condo. We had very noisy neighbors upstairs, and you could hear everything. The location is great, and the athletic club was very helpful for changing clothes after skiing. Since it was snowing, it was impossible to do that next to the car this time. One thing to note—I requested a late checkout, but they didn’t allow it. Checkout was at 10 AM, which felt too early on a Sunday, especially after a long workweek of waking up early every day.

No coffee-especially if the house already provide dish soap, laundry pods etc, I would give it a 9.0 if they provide coffee Distance to gondola lift -we r only here for 1 day skiing but if we are back for a week we will definitely choose hotels with walking distance to the lift. The traffic and parking driving up to the main lodge is horrible.

We were amazed. We thought we are booking a larger apparment and figured out we booked pretty decent vacation house. Being a family with 3 adults and 2 young kids it was abosolutely perfect for us. The house was well equipped and meaningfully close to stores, restaurants etc. (still need to drive). Once getting back to the location we'll surely come back. It gives a feeling of being at home while staying in such lovely destination.

Only virtual contact with renting agency (which actually worked pretty smoothly). There were steps we needed to perform when leaving - such as disposing the trash or starting the dishwasher etc. we learned about only the day before our departure from the email - it would have been nice to know already at the time of booking that there will be such actions needed. We would still book the place but would not be surprised...

Excellent location in Mammoth. We had stayed in really shit and cheap hotels in the few days before this. So this was for us, excellent. Lots of room., Beautiful location. Would recommend the walk above convict Lake. good supermarket nearby.

Investing in sorting out the peeling paint on the outside of the property would be worthwhile

The condo was very well decorated and had all the comforts of home. The rooms were very comfy and the kitchen had all the amenities that you would expect. The parking area was right out the front door which made it easy to unload bags etc. Very quiet and the landscaping and views were exceptional.

the trash that we had to dump ourselves was a bit difficult because the dumpster was far from our condo and the lid was very heavy to lift open (sr citizen).

The noise insulation between units is not good. I would try to book an upstairs unit next time. We were downstairs this time and you can hear every step, drawer opened and even voices from upstairs. This was particularly unpleasant as the people above packed up at 3 am....

The apartment was incredibly clean. The bedsheets, pillows, towels, surface areas, all! Everything was dusted, washed and not old or worn out. The location was great, very close to everything, and if you wake up early to hit the slopes, you can easily find a parking spot at main lodge.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the spa Jacuzzi and sauna as they were out of order. That is something I use on a ski trip and it influences my decision making when booking a place. I prefer a place that has these amenities and I expect them to be functioning. I was very disappointed by this and the staff did not give us other options or even let us know they were not functioning.

The location was perfect: away from tourists, super market and church nearby, easy access to all our hiking destinations. Having the athletic club access was wonderful. The kitchen set up was fantastic!

The electric fireplace was “ on” our entire visit emitting heat making temperature control in the front room frustrating. We called the service number and never received a response. Having only the slider doors for fresh air was disappointing. Our windows had 4 locks on each - so we didn’t open them. The mattress was very uncomfortable and outlets were in short supply in the bedroom. We travel with a power cord so it was ok. The water pressure in the second bathroom was very poor.

Great location. 6 minute drive to chair 15 and most town eateries. Easy checkin and checkout. Good bed and lots of space. Parking is easy and within steps of condo. Quiet and relaxing setting.
