Nnce and clean hotel. The spa has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room (tho steam room is closed for repair). There are at least a bit of stairs. Depending on which floor you are on. Heating options include a bathroom ceiling heat unit and a wall unit in the bedroom. Plenty warm, a bit old school but warm. TVs in room are old but that’s ok don’t need anything fancy. There is a fridge in the room and decent furniture. Comfortable stay but the spa downstairs was nice and looked like it was recently renovated

This was our first trip to Mammoth Lakes and we will definitely be back. Such a beautiful location with so much to see. We went there for the Reggea Festival but got to experience so much more. Jose at the front desk was a wealth of knowledge and made the area so easy to navigate. We were able to see and go everything we wanted with ease. He had so many wonderful recommendations, like visiting June Lake, Convict Lake and The Village Center. Going to the top of the waterfall at Mamie Lake was a highlight for us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and are so thankful for Jose's direction and recommendations.

We wish the room had air conditioning because it was a very hot weekend. But it had a fan so we were able to bring in the cool air at night.

Staff very warm and friendly, this made a real difference. Room very clean and comfortable. Location excellent. Also, I only discovered the Loop Trail just behind the hotel on my last day -- this was a real bonus and maybe should be advertise more!

Only some rooms had an excellent view. Mine did not with a view of the parking lot. Maybe its worth being clear about this at the time of booking. The building felt a bit old and the floors above were creaky. Also, a breakfast buffet would have been good. The price was rather high but for Mammoth Lakes in August this is probably normal.

Location was nice, quiet, on edge of town. Walking distance to bike/walking path, worship, bike rental shop, food. Hotel has a balcony area to sit and a cozy inside area with a spiral staircase that leads to a loft with a pool table.

Unfortunately our visit was during the latest heat wave and since the hotel doesn't have a/c it was tough to sleep at night. The hotel provided a couple of fans, which was helpful.

We were greeted by the most helpful gentleman, so pleasant and welcoming. There was no lift which wasn’t an issue for us but without asking he immediately took my very heavy case and carried it up the stairs for me which was so sweet. The hotel is so cute with a lovely lounge area where too can help yourself to coffee’s etc, books, even bath bombs ! We only stayed one night and didn’t get chance to use the steam room etc but I wish we had more time, it looked lovely. This was a layover for us so we weren’t there long but I really enjoyed my stay and the warm welcome

The location was the best of all the other times I lodged in Mammoth Lakes. Mammoth Creek Inn is situated away from the busy areas near Main Street and was quiet at night. The desk persons were very congenial and helpful. The room was very updated and appealing. The open green spaces is right next to the Inn which made for a convenient hike.

I was very satisfied and cannot think of dislikes.

The location was great with a grocery store, several fast food places, ski shop and a brewery all in walking distance. There a some really cool trails near by and there’s tram stop to the resort close too. It’s a five minute drive to the lifts.

Honestly not much.

The sauna, steam, hot tub, pool table and a big shared living room in the common area really made this trip very enjoyable. You can easily walk to bars, restaurants and Vons. I'd return here.

Pillow was a little too high and hard, but really not a big deal considering everything else.

Location, room size and bedding and overall experience. Also morning coffee and friendly workers. The bathroom towls were good quality too.

No breakfast included in the price paid, the prices are much higher now, and also the water pressure was low for taking a shower and the bathroom toilet papers are way too thin, just not good at all.

Very spacious and clean. Had a spa and billiards, although they were closed. Great value for the price

The lighting was dim in the bedroom area and the upstairs bathroom heater knob was broken. Also no iron in the room
