My friend and I booked a total of 16 rooms for our group for a one night stay. The staff was super friendly and told us that she is expecting our group so she already has the room assignment. I was able to check all rooms in under my name so we don't need individual adult to show their ID. That was super helpful and speed up the process. Good location - across from restaurants and bars. Room - meet expectation. Clean - Clean. It's a bit of a walk to get to the crossing street light but the location is nearby everything.

The room need to have a minimum shampoo and conditioner. It only has a bar of soap. NO shampoo NOR conditioner.

Very clean and crisp linen and towels. Room layout worked for me with the suitcase stand and the valet piece with hangers in lieu of a closet — kept my things organized and didn’t lose anything.

I remember a reviewer mentioning the same issue I had. I didn’t think it was such a big deal until I experienced it myself: the heat was either on or off. There was no thermostat setting. Never got to sleep through a night because of turning the heat off when it got too hot, then getting up to turn it back on when it got cold. It’s a deal breaker in sub freezing temperatures. I won’t be back.

The employees were really nice, as I head a injury I needed to cool my leg regularly so they changed the room to a closer one to the ice machine. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you need. Just down to the street is a Trolley station and over street is the Laundromat, some nice restaurants and a bakery. For PCT Hikers there is also a hiker box in the office.

Everything about this hotel was great! We felt the service was great, the room was way better than expected, everything was clean and looked updated, bed comfortable, shower worked great. We loved our room here!

Price was more than expected for May but the ski resorts were still open so that is likely the reason.

The room and location exceeded my expectations for that of a budget-friendly motel. We will definitely stay again.

The only issue I had was that booking.com did not seem to communicate with the Motel correctly. I booked a two-night stay through booking.com and then the motel only showed one. Thankfully, they had an available room to acomomdate us for two nights.

Transactions are easy and staff are accommodating

Our first night was weird, the electric shut off twice for hours then it went back in the middle of the night then of again for less than an hour. We didn’t complain about it thought.

It was good value for the money. It wasn’t a very nice hotel, but it was very clean and it was exactly what I expected for the price and it was good quality at the price.

I wish the hotel had some more amenities, even though it’s low price it should have more amenities

ARRIVED LATE, ALMOST MIDNIGHT. WAS GIVEN KEYS FOR ROOMS 230 AND 231. ROOM 231 WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. HOW DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS OCCUR?

IT TOOK ADDITIONAL TIME TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM AND WAD EVENTUALLY GIVEN KEYS TO ROOM 245 ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF HOTEL FROM Room 230.

Very clean, no funky smells, a/c unit was so efficient and quiet compared to some other hotels, perfect location, laundry on site, plenty of parking, and surprisingly quiet.

I wish there was a fridge in the room.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Teeny tiny rooms did have some extra storage built in under beds.

What’s up with the air-temp hot water? Its not fun to come out of the shower shivering. The thermostat was ancient and didn’t really work. Rooms were tiny and there was no fridge (there was no microwave or coffee maker either, but these were provided in the office). The price for these rooms didn’t really make sense considering all of this, even though the rooms were clean and comfortable.
