Everything went really well—from the airport shuttle pick up and drop off to the comfort of my room. The staff was lovely throughout; they were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces. I was here for three nights to get over a big jet lag, and this hotel worked out perfectly for that. It was clean and quiet; the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great hot water. About the location: I suggest people look at the map before booking to see if it suits their needs. The area is being newly developed, so indeed you’re far from the city. There’s a big conference center next door and an even bigger sports arena across the highway. That’s it. The hotel also serves flight crews and those visitors who wish to be near the airport. The hotel’s location doesn’t impact the hotel’s quality, which is very good. Breakfast had plenty of options and I appreciated the coffee, croissants, and juices they had out for an early am departure.

Stayed here because of an early morning flight. If you need to be near the airport, this hotel is very convenient. There is no other reason to stay here, there's nothing else in this area. Radisson will pick you up and drop you at the airport for free, also at very early hour. All staff speak English, service is good. Beds are comfy.

It's overpriced. But we just needed one night near airport. Staying in town and paying taxis to and from airport would have ended up costing about the same. The wifi was bad or not working which isn't really acceptable for a business hotel at this price point.

Clean, friendly staff

The hotel is losing his credibility. The shuttle SERVICE IS A DISASTER. First time I called for a shuttle , there was a driver at the arrival but said he didn’t come for me, he came for someone else. We had to call the hotel to confirm that he can take me. Second time, the shuttle is parked outside and no driver! I searched for about 30 minutes before I took a cab. It’s disastrous and I don’t know what’s happening to the establishment but you need to check that! Other than that the hotel is great!

Perfect stopover before flying out from Dakar. The evening food service was a little disappointing, but overall a very comfortable stay, excellent gym, and friendly staff. A special word for Ifra who was wonderful at our check-in.

Everything was really awesome, they upgraded me to a junior suite which was so appreciated after a long trip. The abundant complimentary water was also highly appreciated. At breakfast, it was congested and at some point ran out of juice and glasses, but it was still awesome. Gym was clean and great (one treadmill was broken though). It's an expensive hotel but they do their best to make it a lovely experience and they really did. The free shuttle from airport picked me up punctually, It can save you some bucks and arguments with (millions of) dishonest taxi drivers.

It's not exactly hotel's fault but the taxi driver they organized for me to go to the city tried to increase the price using a lame excuse. I still thank the reception for telling me that the price was unique no matter where exactly in city i was going to.

First was the shuttle from the airport. Called and they promptly connected me to the driver. Very convenient. Stayed in a Junior Suite. Very nice and spacious. Had a little challenge with my room and it was promptly changed. Welcome fruits and drinks were a nice and thoughtful gesture. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lovely short stay.

This is not directly the hotel's fault. But I asked for help getting a taxi to my next location and the staff helped me get a driver for a certain price. Getting to the location, the driver started to shout at me after I gave him 30,000XOF, saying the fare was 40,000 meanwhile the agreed fare was 25,000! He ended up driving off with my change. It was an unpleasant experience.

Nice, new and clean hotel located a few steps away from the exhibition center. Breakfast is good.

Very noisy at times, even in the middle of the night due to power shortages. The generators should be less noisy. Cleaning and maintenance in general are good for local standards, but way below Radisson standards

Everything was great. The rooms are spacious, and the beds comfortable. Special bonus for the in-room breakfast, which was a highlight. Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

Great hotel with really nice staff and service! The snack menu and dinner was also really good. Highly recommended if you don't need to be in the city center of Dakar.

The breakfast was quite pricey for what it was. Good variety but nothing special. I asked the cook for fresh pancakes and she advised me to take the pre-made ones. They were hard like cookies.
