The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional. The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unexpectedly considering the rest of our experience in Germany, parking was free. The breakfast was good, quite varied, the service conditions very good.

Originally intended as a place to stop over on a long distance journey the hotel was conveniently close to the autobahn, but it was close enough for me to explore the town centre in the evening. Comfortable accommodation. Nice breakfast with a very large pot of coffee.

That I do not have a negative comment.

For the city it was in the property was very clean it was very surprising. The rooms had everything I needed and more and the bed was super comfortable. The best part was the very clean bathroom with a good shower and excellent shower pressure. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very tasty.

Great location just off the motorway when on your way travelling to Denmark. Rooms very clean and beds very comfy. Breakfast good

We could not get the room dark as light comes in via the bathroom door window - that is a shame in the summer because we woke up very early

Inside, this place is immaculate and well looked after. It's basic but very functional and spotless. We couldn't speak German and the staff were very patient with us. There is a carpark at the rear that is hidden from the road, even with a covered garage area where we parked our motorbike. Perfect! The hotel is very comfortable.

It doesn't look much from the outside and it appears that Neumunster as a city is a bit tired.

everything was so good. the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. if i need to stay in neumunster again, i ll definetly book firzlaff's hotel.

Small cozy hotel near the center of Neumünster, walking distance from the Holstenhallen. Very nice all in all.

Our room is located just beside the street. It a 24/7 noise from cars driving, kind of impossible to sleep.

The location is close to venue site and very easy reachable from the highway. Nice and complete breakfast buffet as usual in this category. Very friendly staff and the rooms and facility is absolutely clean. With no doubt I would book the hotel again.

Noise transmission via the bathroom. With an open bathroom, noise from the bathroom above is easily transmitted. If fully booked the parking space can be a bit crowded.
